The office is nice but the communication is so bad. They don't return calls when it's an urgent matter. I have called this office several times about my sons dental records and the orthodontist that we are trying to see has reached out to them and they reached out on 10/12/2022 and no one has responded or reached out to them or me and we need dental records for my son to have his braces serviced and it's been 2 months since he had service and still no one has made and effort to communicate any thing and this is unacceptable.

I had an appointment this morning at 7:45 arrived there at 7:30 they make me wait 1 hour And I checked with them and they told me you got a wait I left the place

Front desk staff are very kind, professional and helpful. They were able to get me an appointment quickly on short notice and when I came in for my appointment I needed a root canal and they were able to squeeze me in on the same day without too long a wait.

The facilities are clean, the staff efficient and friendly. The Dentist I saw-Dr. Hosea, was friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant-Heather, was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Visits at the Regency location have been excellent. Staff in rotation at this office have been friendly and helpful. Always met with a warm greeting and easy check in. I appreciate the light heart and caring atmosphere during the appointment to make sure I feel comfortable adding a few laughs in between. Pricing out of pocket isn't terrible for services. Overall would recommend if you're one to want to be in and out for appointments.

Reception desk personnel are friendly and efficient. Dental assistants are courteous and well trained. Dr JL Marcos communicates well in explaining the dental procedure needed, making the patients feel at ease developing trust throughout. His expertise and professional dentistry work is highly recommended. Great job Greenberg Dental team.

Appointment was at 10:00 for what I thought was a root canal. Then they told us that it was a consult. They ended up doing the root canal hours later. Service was good when it was being done but they are in no hurry at all to take care of their patients. A root canal should not take from 10 to 2:30. Unacceptable!

Got to my appointment and they were closed due to a power outage on top of that they texted me the day before to remind me of my appointment and made me miss work
