The staff are patient oriented and are helpful and courteous. Since this is my first time here, my friend asked me if I will advice her to use this facility for her dental needs. i would say "two thumbs up".

I was set up for a 12:00 which was supposed to be for an extraction today. I sat in the chair for about 45 minutes. Then the assistant came in and told me that this was just a consult. This same tooth was supposed to be removed a year and was left in by Dr Lee. I'm extremely upset with this whole matter.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and was told to come at 8am on 11/25. Then received a call that no doctor is available at 8am so rescheduled for 11/12 at 9. When I got there it was only for a exam and not a cleaning. Why not the same appointment I originally had? Rescheduled for 12/8. Then received a text saying my appointment was at 9am on 11/25? Called the office twice. Was asked to leave a message. I did twice asking for confirmation and call back. Never got either. Showed up this morning and office was closed. Doctor had an emergency but no one bothered to notify me. Not sure if the appointment I have scheduled on the 8th is good or not. Worst experience of a dental office I have ever had. 7/11/22 - Not sure why I keep using this office. Had an appointment for 9am. Got in fine. Had to wait over 30 minutes for the doctor to see me for a when 3 minutes then had to wait for an additional 15 minutes for the cleaning. The office also will not allow you to schedule your next cleaning in advance. Told me I should call 2 months prior. Then most of the time I'm told to leave a message which is never returned??????

They were great! I had an issue with one of my crowns that broke off and they were able to do a temporary fix and only charged me $30. Dr and staff was very nice and would highly recommend them.

The staff in the San Pablo office were amazing. They squeezed me in even though I am not their patient. The dental assistant who saw me was not just professional but pleasant and genuinely caring. Karen Duff

My daughter is 12 typically scared of the dentist well this is the first dentist that she has went to that she has not been scared ...the customer service is amazing , they get you right in and she's already on her fourth appointment and about to get braces ..:thank you so much

I had a shocking experience at the front desk with a young lady. Young African-American woman obviously with no kids did not understand my position as a mother being concerned for my child having multiple unneeded x-rays. Everyone else behind the desk should up for me and apologized for the young lady but her behavior was so unprofessional I am still shocked. All I can do is wish God to bless her with many children lol so that one day she'll understand my situation.
