It was a little loud in there, radio was playing. A lot of commotion. It finally calmed down. There's a lot of young people working there. They were very nice and polite.

I've been a patient for over 10 years, but my appointment today was totally unprofessional. I was scheduled for anual cleaning. This appointment was made 2 months ago. I came in, the dental Assistant greeted me shortly and xrays were taken. The dentist, Dr Greenberg came in shortly. He looked in my mouth and said your teeth look good, I see no problems. He advised me to make an appointment for my cleaning. Imagine my confusion because that was the purpose of the visit. I expressed my concern that I was there for a cleaning. Listen, who would go to the dentist for just xrays when there is no complaint of pain or problem. So, let's move on. I was sent to the waiting room to see if I could be fitted in for a cleaning. Mind you now, that was the purpose of the visit. I waited 1 hour...nothing. so I decided to leave. No cleaning, nothing. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule after I advised her I was leaving. My answer...No. all of this at the Northside location. You can be sure I have alerted my dental carrier that no cleaning was done. As minorities, we must assert ourselves for the best care. Now understand, not once did anyone come to me to update me, say they made a mistake and when I said I was leaving, not one asked if everything was okay, but do you want to reschedule. You see, we have to be aware of how we are treated and seen. There was no pride or concern from the staff, just " whatever attitudes". You see, that is a factor as well. How do you think you are going to be treated when the minority staff just sits by. It is time, past time to demand the respect you deserve as a human being. I am important, I will be seen...not overlooked. As of this date, November 2,2022 I would not recommend anyone go to Greenberg Orthodontics on the Northside for service. Northside staff, please take a look at yourself and see if you like what you see. I don't...

After arriving for my 11:00am appointment, I waited for 45 minutes, and was, not yet, seen. Office staff walked in and out of the waiting area, and never offered an apology or explanation as to why the wait was taking so much time. When I arrived at 10:55am, there was one patient in the waiting room, and forty-five minutes later, there were four of us. During the forty-five minutes, three patients, that obviously received treatment, exited the office. Still, not one of the four of us, waiting, was called. At 11:45am, I left the office in discuss. After all, my time is also valuable. I have been to many medical appointments, but never before have I waited 45 minutes before being called to a treatment room, or being ignored by office staff, as if we were not still sitting there. This Greenberg Dental Office, at first sight, and in my opinion; is the epitome of a lack of professionalism.

Dunn Ave location for dental work I wouldn't ever recommend. They switch dental staff often and without notice. The black lady at the front desk that does billing has the worst attitude everrrrrr. Very rude. She talks on her cell phone very loudly at the front desk. She has so many confrontations with customers.

The ONLY reason I go to this location is because it's convenient. Other than that, I don't recommend this place. They misplaced a form I filled out as soon as I got there. Like, how!? So, a form with our personal information on it just magically disappeared within moments of completing it?! My daughter got a teeth cleaning in record time...LITERALLY less than 10 minutes. I've NEVER gotten a cleaning that quickly and neither has my child. She said the young lady barely scraped her teeth and then basically just brushed them afterwards. Also, after my child was serviced, when the tech told us to go up front to schedule the next procedure, the young lady behind the desk was annoyed that we interrupted her cell phone scrolling to do her job. She said the tech was supposed to schedule our next appointment in the back. Mind you, she wasn't doing anything. For a long time, they NEVER answered the phone when you called up there and would return a voice-mail call MONTHS later if at all. The ONLY reason I'm not giving a ONE STAR review is because THIS TIME a couple of the people at the front desk were very pleasant and personable, while others seemed flustered. Overall, I've NEVER been impressed with this place. What's interesting is when I was waiting, a woman sitting next to me said basically the same thing I'm saying now. It also seems like the turnover rate is high, as I don't ever recognize the same employees from my last visit. In fairness, this place isn't the worst, but just a lot is left to be desired. I won't go into the excessive wait times because this last visit was actually an improvement from previous ones. One of the techs was REALLY sweet and cool. She was an older African American female with short hair. She had great energy!

Horrible service the lady who takes the insurance literally would not run my insurance and wanted me to pay out of pocket. ( Yes they take my insurance ). My insurance company agreed to reimburse me because the lady was being incorporative. Then because I said "she's unprofessional" they discharged my child and would not see her. I did not raise my voice or call her out of her name. They just discharged us! HORRIBLE service. My husband had to leave work and come to the office to get their records!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could put NO STARS I would.

We had a speedy efficient pediatric visit. Allowed me to be beside my daughter holding her hand during her procedure as some other things offices do not allow. The staff is wonderful especially Andrea. She always takes care of my big family

Dr Greenberg was wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I had an issue with the person in the front office. I felt she wasn't listening to me, so I asked to speak to Dr Greenberg and he resolved the problem. Hence I don't want the issue I had to cloud my rating. I look forward to seeing this dentist again.

This is my first time using them I was supposed to get an exam and cleaning the lady who usually does the cleanings. They said I had an emergency and left for the day. And I would have to reschedule, which would've been very hard for me due to my job. Dr. Greenberg himself told them he would do it so he did my cleaning and exam himself, I was so appreciative and shocked at the same time. This is a great dental office to go to at Dunn Avenue.

The treatment my granddaughter received was excellent. The only issue I had were that 2 different treatment rooms had 2 different types of music blaring. When the doctor came in he had on a mask. I have hearing loss . When I get explained it to him he said, "well I have to wear a mask ". He should have told the others to turn their music down.
