Horrible Service From the Front to the back!!! They literally wasted a year of my time. They just schedule appointments then you get to the appointment they say they don't see you scheduled. When you finally see a doctor it's for 5 mins then they make another appointment for someone else. This location is horrible on top of dirty.

Do not go to Greenberg dental. I been wanting 6 months for a partial plate. In 2 months for a permanent crown. Every time I go in for appointment for one thing he end up doing something else. And all this time and the teeth in the plate is all jacked up. There lab keep messing up and in the final product the teeth is too small look like I got gerbil teeth in the front.

My children's appointment was at 10:30.. we arrived at 10:25.. There was a lot of people there and more came in after us, however almost every person that came in after us was seen before us..A lady me her appt was at 11am and even she got called before my boys. My 2year old and 4year old waited a HOUR before we were seen

Today was a better experience than last time I was there. I had a real bad toothache and they got me in today! I needed pain relief so the dr put me in antibiotics. We will see in next week about my mouth pain so far they are great! Especially the office staff or assistant! Made me feel like I was special

The service is very horrible. My schedule appointment started at 8 o'clock.. My wires were taken off at 8:11... I I saw the dentist assistant at 8:45 for a picture to be done. Now, dentist still haven't came in. I've said something to the dentist assistant at 9:11 and the doctor hasn't came in yet. She got it from her seat and went to see what was the hold up. The dentist comes into the room say good morning and asking me how my day is. I reply not good because I've been here since 8 o'clock and I haven't even got my teeth exam or my cleaning. He jump up out of his seat and said to you want go talk to the front desk or do you want to get your exam done. I said I said I want to complete my exam I will discuss it with the office when I get done. He proceeded to talk to me in an unprofessional manner so I got up out of the chair and I went into the front office. They explain that he's the only Dentist here at this office but I can call the customer service number to report a complaint. So the general assistant came out and asked me that I would still want a cleaning I said yes long as they could be done within the next 5 to 10 minutes...

This location need to be close down.my child had to be rescheduled 3 times, nobody calls n say anything to us, I'm taken off to come to appointment that they keep rescheduling, no mangers to talk to, but then the girls at the desk hads the nerves to get mad , because there unprofessional, this is a training location where everyone is doing whatever.EVERYBODY IS IN CHARGE. I will be reporting this location..... DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

Don't waste your time. Waited an hour in waiting room. Finally got X-rays done and the dentist never can to see me. I ended up leaving after 2 hours of waiting without being seen. Nothing accomplished except a waste of time.

If I could give no stars I would!!! I show up today for a verified scheduled appointment & there's a sign on the door closed until Wednesday due to power outages in area. Yet no phone call email or anything. Not to mention no other business in the area was closed just them!! I work overnights so day appointments are always rough so thanks Greenberg on Normandy for caring about your patients !!!

It was my daughter first time there and her experience was great they got her signed in and the wait time was about 5 mins.They took her in the back and next thing i knew she was done...We will be back
