I was surprised at how prompt they were my appointment was 12:45 and at 12:40 they were calling me back not just to sit in a room for 30 to 45 minutes before I saw the doctor.and when he spoke to me he made sure I understood they took time with me thank you

This location is very warm, welcoming, understanding, and flexible regarding the status of your oral health and finances. Front desk employees always explained pricing until I fully understood and work above and beyond to get me scheduled in a timely manner while having respect for the current economic waves.

Like Dr Chaves. Professional and personable. Front desk staff needs patient and office etiquette training. People who don't smile in a dental office are not very welcoming.....

Dr. Jason Lee just pulled my back left bottom corner tooth and I didn't even know he had pulled it. Zero pain for the shots or the extraction. Thank you Dr. Lee. You made my life so much easier today, and I appreciate you.

Greenburg is a trash practice. Took almost 3 months to get me seen and get my teeth issue figured out. They wouldn't even check my mouth out, just x-rays.

Prompt service got in at appointment time! Was taken care imediately diagnosis proposed and agreed on . Scheduled for follow up visit. Appointment with surgeon made. Very efficient.

Greenberg can appear a bit overwhelming at first glance. It appears like a dental factory merely based on size. Once you enter in and get back to the dental assistants and the dentists the anxiety that boils up washes away. The demeanor of the staff is comforting right from the beginning. They communicate wonderfully what your options are. That would be enough until Dr. Chaves comes in to start your dental work. Talk about an incredible bed side manner. Calm, gentle and comforting. The actual dental work if this is possible is even better. I feel bad for not remembering the dental assistants name because she was as professional and wonderful as Dr. Chaves. I don't say this proudly but I have had a lot of dental work done in my life. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dental office and shame on me for not praising these people publicly before.
