The techs were very nice I got seen right away no waiting, pictures were taken and explained no pain, no discomfort, very friendly but then the (I'm going to assume ""Dr") came in for 2 second said open up, yeah you need this, this. I'm trying to ask a question because it's my first time going there and she says well the rest don't know you have to come back and walks out??Rude D-

I ran into a problem with my insurance and the information was not updated with the dentist and my provider which delayed my appointment. The lady at the front desk was super patient and flexible while I got things ironed out.

Enjoyed my dental cleaning today. I had lost my job the day before and the entire staff was so kind to me as a result of my tale of woe. Using my benefits before they expire. My dental hygienist was a delight as was my xray tech. Great people at this location@

Paid out of pocket for a cleaning and exam which was $60, got told I have 6 cavities and it would be $1,500 for fill in's, when I've never had a cavity in my life. I went to children's dental center at north point and had two different dentist look and both said I have not a single cavity. Greenberg will try to scam you out of your money, so make sure you get a second opinion.

I have been to three other offices before this one and never waited as long! My appointment was for 12:30 they finally called me back at 1:15 to still wait in the room. They didn't have my info correct as to why I was there, I'm pretty sure I wasn't billed right which I will double check with my insurance. There were two assistants playing around in one of the rooms. The check in/out staff were not very friendly. I will NEVER go back to this location 5116 Blanding Blvd by 103rd. Dr Barzyk is good, but NOT this office!

Greenberg Dental is my 9yr old grandson's dental office. I've noticed here at their Westside location a lot of children are patients here. The staff are so very nice and comforting to the little ones. They do all they can to make sure your child is educated regarding the care of their teeth and they try to make any procedure that needs to be done as comfortable as possible for the child. They really take the kids feelings to heart. Unfortunately my grandson has had to have a few procedures done so we have been here a few times. Each time my grandson goes in nervous but comes out with a smile.

Very shady when it pertains to insurance. They do not contact you regarding any updates to billing. I had to call SEVERAL times with no response over a period of 2mon. Finally recieved a call back after I emailed and called Heather in billing.

As a walk-in new patient, we were initially seen rather quickly. The staff was very friendly and informative. They asked about our concerns, and even did an extra x-ray to double check the problem area we described. After the x-rays, there was a bit of a wait, but understandable for how busy they were at the time. The dentist was very thorough in his examination during the crowning to see the before mentioned problem area and decided to do an extraction to prevent any further problems like infection. We'll be back at our next appointment to continue treatment.

The front desk and pediatric coordinators are so unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. The location is very filthy and unsanitary. I would not recommend any child being brought here. You will be disappointed
