Appts start promptly. My regular dentist and my orthodontist are fantastic. All questions answered. Friendly staff, professional. Best dental office I've ever been to (I have been coming to this office in Fleming Island for quite some time, that comment was prior to my most recent appt of 10/27/22). This appointment there was new staff, not sure who my regular dentist is yet. My orthodontist is the same as before. After checking in, I was met by new dental tech who asked if I was ready. As we walked to the dentist chair she asked me what my name was? Once in the dentist chair I was advised on how much my procedure was going to cost. I was asked to provide payment at that time (cash or credit) I never had to do that on any prior visit or at least that I can remember. I got my teeth cleaned by the dental tech. After about 30 or more mins I met a new dental hygienist that performed my dental maintenance. It was a bit more aggressive than my prior visits.

I was a bit skeptical about what to expect of this visit. The front office staff were fairly new and still learning their jobs but very nice. The issue they struggled with the most was our insurance. Once we got there, gave them our insurance and the letter stating they are our assigned Dentist then it went smoother. We had our x-rays and a consult with Dr Park who was nice. I will be back to see her again. We then had our teeth cleaned by Ashley who is super nice and very good at her job. Overall, this is a good dental office, just need to give them time to work out any issues.

Great experience overall, friendly staff and always willing to help out with scheduling with no conflict. Glad they are my family's dental care facility.

The people I spoke with were very engaging, informative, and helpful. The person who cleaned my teeth, however, did a sub-par job: he sprayed the water jet more on my gums than anything, and dragged the electric cleaning toothbrush along my lower lip, which left it sore for a long while afterwards. I've had many cleanings at this location before, all of which were much better than this time.

Only giving 2 stars to this place.... first it'd be nice if they had benches outside because it is literally freezing inside the building, so we have to stand outside and wait. They seem to overbook because the wait time is almost 30 minutes long. The place isn't the cleanest especially when you go into your room. The shelves are dirty with the tools on them, the floors are dirty, the waiting room is like sitting in a prison - it's certainly not classy or welcoming. The reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the staff is friendly and so are the doctors.

Wonderful first time experience. I can't wait for my next visit. They were accommodating and so understanding. They made me feel at ease and I have severe anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist. Great atmosphere between staff members too. Lively and positive!

Dr Park was excellent. She has excellent Bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. The staff and front desk were great and very nice. Would definitely recommend

A lot of staffing changes in the Fleming office but actually seemed to run more efficiently than my last visit. We started my cleaning shortly after checkin and on time for my appointment.

I had a dental emergency . I called 4 different dentists that all gave me appointments 3 weeks out. Greenberg in Fleming was able to take me the next morning , with explanation that I may have a wait time, but that they would squeeze me in. The ladies at the front desk were so nice. The dental assistant Paula (from 103rd office) was amazing. Dental work gives me major anxiety but she made me so relaxed, and Dr.Park was so great- she put me at ease and took care of me, fixed me up and was out much sooner than I thought- barely waited any time! Dr.Park and Paula are a great pair! A big thanks to Tasha from the OP office who I spoke with on the phone and guided me to the Fleming office-because OP wasn't available.

I had a 7 a.m. appointment which is the first for the day. The hygienist reported to work at 7:10. When I was taken, 7:17 a.m., she got down to business in about 4 more minutes. When it was time to use the powered scaler there was no water! She went to get help and was told that we had to move rooms as that room had issues with the water yesterday! Why didn't those who knew I form her about this?? Once all the kinks were ironed out, things progressed well.

I don't even wanna give greenburg dental any star they don't deserve any star. Greenburg dental is a practice field. They lie all the time and all dentists disappear after a year after they F... up ur teeth. I will never recommend any of the locations.

Fleming Island office was closed when I got there at the time of the appointment. Sign on the door said sorry for the inconvenience. No voice mail, one text the day before reminding me of the appointment. Then I got a text asking me to leave a review as if I had completed the appointment. So here I am.

I arrived before 8 am and found a sign saying the office was closed due to an emergency. I was not notified by text or email. Another person also arrived and he said he wasn't notified either. If they had time to put up a sign they had time to notify people who had appointments so they wouldn't have to make the trip
