Hygienist and Dentist are great! Responsive nice and caring. The biggest problem is I called for a week straight to get my permanent crown put on and never got a call back. I left multiple messages and even called the emergency number after the temp crown came off and the Daytona Beach office called back however; they didn't have any of my records so they had to transfer me to Deltona and again no answer. I finally just decided to show up and was told I would be waiting awhile. I actually called their number while I was sitting there and no one answered. I didn't even hear a phone ring and they were just talking amongst themselves. I hope they change this cause I would hate to have to find a new dentist.

A young lady that cleaned by teeth, gave me a shower all over my face glasses and clothes, I was soaking wet by the time I left . Since when did they stop polishing your teeth along with a cleaning. Very disappointed

Dr.Amaro at Deltonas Greenberg is the best dentist I've had..he's conservative, conscientious and really tries to please his patients.. he's also very friendly and kind.

Dr. Amaro and his staff are amazing. Dental assistant Ashley was beyond patient explaining processes and options. I was apprehensive of seeing Greenberg because I had heard they were rather expensive. They are not expensive and are very reasonable in fact.

I used them for pediatric dentistry. Positives: the dentist and the hygienist are really friendly and work well with children. Negatives: they are overbooked and you will wait for hours. I went with my son and his appointment was for 1:30pm and I didn't leave until 3:00pm. He didn't even get put into a room until an hour past his appointment time. Then I went with my daughter another day. Her appointment was at 9:30am. We were called back at 9:40am and she immediately had her teeth cleaned. Great! Then the hygienist left and we waited for the dentist. 10am still no dentist. 10:15am still no dentist. I informed the hygienist that I have to get my daughter to school before 11am and asked where the dentist was. She told me she was finishing with treatment and would be in my room next. 10:35am still no dentist. I asked the front desk where the dentist was. They tell me she was with a patient. I say I have to get my daughter to school. She told me to reschedule then. I asked again how much longer it would be until the dentist was in my room. She said she couldn't tell me. That the dentist was with a patient so I needed to either wait or reschedule. Very rude response in my opinion. My daughter is 2 years old. Anyone with small children knows how challenging it is sitting around for hours with small children. So I left and will never return.

I don't usually leave reviews for places unless I'm a regular there. However, I've tried calling this clinic at least 10 times in the last 3 months to inquire about becoming a patient of theirs. I've left voicemails, I've tried calling during different business hours-- different days of the week, yet nothing works. I have not received a single call back. I decided to read the reviews to see if anyone else has the same trouble I am having, and saw that contacting this office really is a HUGE issue. Hopefully a new, and current, review will help in fixing that.

Greenberg orthodontics and Dentalcare in Both Deland location and Deltona location are the best. My oldest grandson, had braces. We went to Deland for his treatment. they just came off a little bit ago. Then my youngest grandson needed some dental work. We went to the Deltona office and they were just as friendly as friendly could be. The dentist and orthodontist in both locations were different people, but they were caring, kind, and compassionate towards my grandsons needs. I recommend both locations highly.

Everyone was very nice, helpful,courteous. Office was clean ,all staff were good to my grandson @ myself. Talked us through everything they were doing. Made us very comfortable and welcome,very professional. :)

Second time I try to make an appointment. Appointments are for 3 months later and now the pediatric dentist is going on maternity leave (UNDERSTANDABLE) but they have no one to cover for her and they don't know when she comes back....

I had my goddaughter in today. She had 4 teeth pulled in prep for braces. Ms. Roxanne was to physian assistant and she was amazing. She explained everything and made everyone feel comfortable. Dr Mimi pulled the teeth with No Pain whatsoever! Great experience!

Going on 6 months from our original braces appointment and still no braces. I've called multiple times to give the office the codes they need for insurance approval and no luck speaking to the person who handles insurance claims. They won't even email the codes to the correct to person. It's always we can email them and have them call you. If I had an option to go somewhere else I would but unfortunately our insurance is only taken at this location and one that is just a little too far.

It all depends on what office you got to . I hate the denist like alot but the greenberg dental office in deltona have very friendly staff and is wonderful. I prefer the deltona office over the Sanford one

I received two text messages and fell to read the first one which said I had an appointment at 10:30 for an exam and then another text a day later with an 11:30 appointment time for cleaning. I showed up for 11:30 not realizing I was suppose to be there for 10:30. They were very helpful and were able to fit me in which I really appreciated. Thank you for your great service.

This star rating is for the overall greenberg dental chain. . Dr Byun is a 5 star doctor. The orthodontist my child sees, dr Byun, is great, knowledgeable and kind. He really should have his own practice where staff is more close knit with thier patients and easier to contact. It was a bit annoying for about half the year my childs brackets kept falling off. It was literally monthly. Sometimes 3 to a week after they were applied they would fall off. Since the doctor tells the tech what to do, I realize now i think it was the tech that wasn't too good with applying the brackets. After the tech quit and was replaced we have had NO issues. However, calling the office is always a nightmare. You can never get through. Calls seem to go to a call center. When you call, you are put on hold counting down the time then immediately send you to voice-mail that says someone will respond within 24 hour's. When I need to know an appointment time for the next day... I dont have 24 hour's. Also they do not seem to send automated calls anymore confirming appointments and they already informed me they do not even send text reminders. The Emergency answering service I experienced in the past with them is also not great. I think they outsource the calls because a man with an extremely heavy indian accent handled our call and was legit screaming at me when he became super frustrated because according to him the address for the deltona office apparently did not exist and I was telling him it did exist and we went back and forth and he was literally screaming at the top of his lungs like i was deaf. he seemed like he was just hired off the street with no customer service training and no manners whatsoever.
