AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. I have never experienced such rude, condescending treatment from any provider in my entire life. The front desk and x-ray techs were polite, however, Dr. Stein is the most rude and abrasive human being. She stated I needed a deep cleaning and that "someone would come explain the procedure and price." The x-ray tech comes in, points to the amount I owe, and told me to sign here. No other explanation given. Dr. Stein returns with a needle and begins to numb half of my mouth without any prior explanation or consent before doing so. I then politely asked - "may I ask why you are numbing my mouth for a cleaning? I've never had this done before." She then proceeded to appear visibly frustrated with my questions until finally stating "how many times must I repeat my answers?" and then she finally said "we're done here this appointment is over." I was dumbfounded and have never been treated so terribly by a "health care provider" in my life. I left their office unable to feel half my face - an absolute waste of time. My wife also cancelled her appointment. I will be reporting this "dentist".

Stay away they will charge as much as they think you can afford and destroy other teeth in your mouth to bill you additionally. Also had a front crown placed 6 months ago that literally fell out and they wouldn't do anything. Horrible company, dozens of calls into customer service never returned.

I went to this Dental Office for the first time. Dr. Stacy Stein recommended some treatment, which I deny because it affects my gums. Then, I was told to leave her office without getting any service. I know I the right to chose what services I should get from a Dentist therefore, I asked Dr. Stein if I could speak to her, but she refused and told me to exit her office immediately. Without any provocation on my part, Dr. Stacy Stein mistreated me and acted in a very unprofessional way. I hope this experience does not happened to anyone else.

I am perplexed by how poorly I was treated. I visited Dr. Stein today for the first time. My wife had visited her office sometime in March for an exam and cleaning and wasn't very happy with the office but I went anyways to see for myself. I have to say that I have never experienced such rudeness and dismissiveness. When I was asked by the dental assistant or hygienist (I don't know her position) to pay prior to the treatment, I mentioned that I had a $5 credit from an overpayment when my wife was there. At that point Dr. Stein came in the room and couldn't understand why there was a $5 discrepancy even after I explained the simple reason three times. She then stated that it's because I didn't believe her!? I had no idea what she was talking about and I said I'd never spoken with her before. I think she mistook me for someone else because her attitude and rudeness were so outrageous. She then said they don't have a dental hygienist at that office and that she--the dentist--had done my wife's cleaning as a favor and that she wasn't sure why the front desk made appointments for my wife and I to get a cleaning!! She then said "I think we're done here" and dismissed me. Please do yourself a favor and run don't walk from this office!!!!

I rated Dr Stein and her staff as excellent. Their care is exceptionally, they are professional but are able to put you at ease. I got dentures for the first time and the whole process went so smoothly, I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent!!!!

This is a review of their receptionist/assistant named "Vanessa" from Cuba. She is rude and condescending. She stated the dental plan that I presented was a "bad" plan. I showed the schedule of charges that is covered with no charge. While I was being examined the dentist stopped in for less than a minute to check my mouth. I asked her would she honor the plan but refused to review my plan benefits. Avoid this office!

I was referred to Dr. Stein by my Humana Dental Plan. My experience, getting fitted for a crown bridge has been beyond excellent. I am in my early 70s and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Stein is the best dentist that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is a warm and sensitive person...very human indeed! Dr. Stein listens and addresses your concerns in a respectful, professional and very personal manner. She knows that for most people the cost of dental treatment is an issue; something that one is generally not prepared for. She works with you in finding the best possible option to make things possible. Her team of Valarie and Marie are first class and a pleasure to work with. Never thought that I would rave about "my" dental team. Thank you Dr. Stein, Val and Marie for all the good work that you do!

I haven't had dental insurance in a long time and decided to pay out of pocket for a deep clean. Not only was their price super fair, they also made sure I was comfortable through the entire thing. Would highly recommend.

This supposed emergency walk in clinic is a joke. I went in for a serious emergency and they tell me the dentist has left for the day.... hmmm so explain to me how you're supposed to treat emergencies without a dentist? Atleast lock the front door and put out a sign. Thank you for wasting my time coming out here while I'm in agony and getting worse by the hour. When I could be being seen now if I'd chosen another orthodontist.

I am PETRIFIED of the dentist to the point that I had not been in over a decade. In 2020 I went on vacation to Florida and decided to get a deep cleaning, so I went to Dr. Stacy Stein. The entire staff is amazing and friendly and I had Dr. Stacy Stein herself working on me. She seen how terrified I was (literally shaking in the seat and had to go to the loo twice) she placed everything back down, and spoke to me like a human being. She relaxed me to the point that only I was shaking and not the chair. She spoke to me as she did everything and pretty much held my hand. I recently just went back to Florida (I live in Ohio) just so Dr. Stacy Stein would work on my teeth and fix the decade of neglect I had done. Again, she relaxed me, and even remembered who I was. I had to get a root canal, but I knew she would not make it very bad. She played music and spoke to me again. All of that to say, If you need anything done and are as afraid of the dentist as I am, Dr Stacy Stein is your go to woman! I fly from Ohio to get dental work done. THAT should explain how amazing she is. Thank you Dr. Stacy Stein, you are the best dentist I have ever encountered and I wish more approached their clients as well and nice as you do. You definitely went above and beyond your duties for me. I Give you ever star available and then some!

Amazing experience!! Jackie at the front is so sweet and helpful! Also, the hygienist (I unfortunately did not catch her name) is very welcoming and puts you at ease. She is so kind and made my experience enjoyable! I was a new patient and they were very efficient! Dr. Stein is so kind and I definitely recommend going! She is a joy of a Dentist.

I had visited another local dentist who advertised in a mailer that he followed my insurance schedule of services of fees for my dental work, but ended up having "exceptions" which basically was dishonest and false advertising. I switched to Dr. Stein at Greenberg Dental after reading reviews, and the reviews are TRUE! (except for the one star which was not even about Dr. Stein or her work) She and her staff are polite, friendly, even when very busy. Stein doesn't talk down to you or make you feel bad about asking questions.. They treated me as an individual and actually followed my insurance guidelines!

WE have been to many dentists but Dr Stein is the best Dentist I have ever been to. Everyone there is so nice and finally my husband and I found a dentist that doesnt "find things" just to add more to the bill. She is honest very sweet and does an AWESOME JOB! The office is an upbeat office and we now have found a dentist that knows her stuff doesnt try to find something wrong just to make more money and she does the best job! Shes gentle she kind and finally we found a dentist that we love !

False Advertising!!! I was scheduled for a new patient exam , x-ray, cleaning.. After the doctor told me that everything looked good...the assistant came back to me a few minutes later with a whole treatment plan that I had to pay additional fees for cleaning and that I can go on their special insurance plan for 1 year and it would help the cost for visits...when I confronted the prices and broke everything down there was not much of a difference if I just paid without their insurance. On top of everything , I didn't get a cleaning it would cost $132 extra when I was told that the new patient package included a cleaning...so they try to make you pay $59 + $89 before they even do anything!! I was so aggravated that I just walk out . No wonder this place was empty..I should have known better!!
