My sister had an appointment at 11am we arrive at 1045 we were asked for our name and had us sit down .after an hour waiting I asked when they were going to call her ,and the lady upfront checked and told me that she had deleted her file. Very unprofessional and no apology.

Staff was friendly. I didn't like the fact that only xrays and a very basic cleaning were done and no dental work was actually done. We have to schedule another appoinment in the future for 2 small cavities that should have been taken care of today. We will see how our next appoinment goes.

Wonderful experience! Staff immediately greeted me. Very pleasant. I was a walk-in at 7 am, and walked out at 7:47. Quick and professional service. Ladies at the front desk even said as I left, "Hope you feel better!"

I had an appointment for dental cleaning. At reception desk there were three ladies who one of them took my information including insurance card and drivers license. She seemed very stressed and not customer friendly. My appointment was at 10.30 which I was not able to see the hygienist till 11.30. Finally they took me to see the hygienist and she seemed like a very nice Russian lady. She finished doing my cleaning in about 20 minutes but when I got to my car I looked at my teeth although the front teeth looked nice and clean but she did not remove any of the stains in the back of my teeth. Even though she was very nice and very sweet I was very disappointed that after two months of waiting for this appointment, I got out of their office with only half the job well done

As usual they never check before patient arrives and you waste time going there. The front desk people are always so rude and not very helpful; Davenport office has very unfriendly, rude people that greet you
