Today Dr. Aaron Walker fixed a problem with a porcelain crown he put in 2019. He was very professional, courteous and informed us of all the options as well as his recommendations. We are very grateful for his high level of customer service and excellence in his work. He stood behind the work he did and took care of the problem immediately and at no cost. The staff was also excellent today. They are also bilingual which is a big plus!! My hats off to the Greenberg Dental Office in Clermont!!

No one ever answers the phone and the one time they do, they can't answer any questions or don't have anyone "available" to answer anything so I have to leave a message knowing that they won't call me back. I've called four times in the same day, left a message for a h time and still no answer back. They shouldn't even be accepting new patients if they can't keep up with the phones.

First time here for My 4year old dentist appointment. The receptionist was very nice, The Dental hygienist was nice. The Dentist was Nice and helpful with the questions I asked.

I have always had problems with X-rays of my teeth. Today it was the best experience ever. The technician did a great job. De walker was fabulous. He explained every detail of the treatments I needed. All I can say is thanks for starting my day off with a wonderful beginning

This place does not respect your time. Appointment at 1 and took 40 minutes to get called. Had I been 40 minutes late they would of canceled the appointment. The stretch out everything too. Nothing is ever done with 1 visit. Plan on anything being 3 visits. Staff very unprofessional. As I stood in there on the phone with my aetna one advocate filing formal complaint for padding the bill they just laughed. Per aetna's agreement they are not to charge their member upcharges for premium materials bit the office manager advised my advocate oh well, she was. They finished a portion of the treatment plan and then opted to discharge son from the practice due to filing of thos formal complaint. Run far and fast from Greenberg dental offices.

Appointment was for 11:00am...taken to chair around 1:00PM and now it's 2:00pm and my mom still hasn't been seen. I'm losing my work day. Maybe if you're overwhelmed don't book so many appointments? Wild, I know. Edit: it's 4pm and still not done. All they are doing is putting a crown. I've had root canal and wisdom teeth out faster then this.

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I have never witnessed a doctor (physician) speak to a patient in the manner that I was spoken to. Professionalism was definitely no maintained. I am currently pregnant and experiencing sever pain and he was very rude and abrupt at informing that he did not want to see me. I was asked to have my on gyn fax over a letter saying it's okay to be treated which I completed. I sat here for 2 hours was brought to the back and my assessment was completed and the doctor told me I need to leave. It's my fault that I'm dealing with mouth issues and I've known for how long about these issues. I definitely will not be returning here. It's my fault but I was brought to the back and informed I could be seen after faxed paper was received from my doctor.
