Waited longer then usual however it was a Monday and found out they were short a tech. Hygenous was good; visit with dentist went well; best of all was first time in years was not pressured into an expensive "deep cleaning," cap / crown replacement etc. All other same type of dental operations; not this one; used almost scare tactics to try to push these services.

FRONT DESK Overcharging , Money in front before anything, staying whole day in office over 6 hours at the end leaving with pain without anything done. Waisting time only. Never go again and I will never recommend anyone to even try them.

This has to be the biggest Scam in dentistry! I have ever experienced. My family and I have dental insurance and on top of that we purchased Greenberg dental plan I REPEAT GREENBERG PLAN IS A SCAM. They quoted us $175 a tooth to do a root canal with our personal ppo . The next day we show up and they literally tried to make us pay they $975 a tooth. It gets better they try rearranging my schedule THREE SEPARATE TIMES. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE.A BIG NO TO GREENBERG DENTAL.

Appointment for cleaning was at 10:00 am, first time so ex rays and Dr exam. Both xrays equipment were acting up and had to reset them and end up taking a picture with a cell phone. Nice and cordial employees but as in all offices they are short staff. Its 11:35 and my cleaning process has not started. Nevertheless I am waiting because I need this to work.. finding a good dentist.

It was disgusting with your office this morning because you sent a text yesterday for remind my appointment for today Friday at 10:30 am, so I was there and there was a sign it said "Sorry we don't have service because the power is off", WHY YOU DID NOT CALL ME early today or yesterday?? That's so bad I lost my time

i was there two days ago and rebecca went on about how she was unjust about her pork chops at sally's i'm there for procedure not your dining needs and to give that place a problem in front of patients maybe she needs to learn humility ! p.s your not better than others read the writing . The worst dental cleaning I ever had... probably sat in the chair for only 5 minutes and they didn't even floss my teeth. Also, they don't provide eye protection for when they shine the incredibly bright light on your face when they check your teeth. My appointment was for 12 and I arrived early and wasn't brought in until 12:40 so expect to wait for long periods of time until they finally call you in. I'd also like to mention I was the ONLY person in the waiting room and I counted like 10 people working in there. Definitely look elsewhere.

It was a terrible experience at the Casselberry, Fl. Greenberg location. Don't know if this dentist was new? Or if this was on purpose to hurt my daughter. My 17 year old daughter had a dental appointment. The male dentist made a big mistake and dropped the filling in her mouth. Then, played it off like he didn't make any mistake. And, then he had his assistant to fix his mistake. To add more injury to my daughter, the assistant was flossing and pulling violently on her gums. And, making a hole in her gums. She's in great deal of pain.

I am so happy I chose Greenberg as my dental choice. I have to get a deep cleaning in 2 weeks. I had a very thorough x-ray of my teeth. The dentist came to see me and explains everything to me. The hygienist also came in to talk to me he was very kind and gentle when he checked my teeth.

It's been a few years since I was a patient with Greenberg Dental. Outstanding service doesn't change. All personnel were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The Dentist and staff was excellent and ensured all and any questions were answered to my satisfaction.

They were really patient with me
