Once again the length of time I'm waiting for cleaning, over hour is ridiculous. I love Dr Pham but the way in which office is run is a mess.. lots of people up front but too many patients waiting. My husband was seen when I went and has a filling needs to be done. They told him April 2023.. really?? Time to look for new place

The doctors are mostly very good, but the reception service and the communication with administrative staff leaves a lot to desire. Try to talk to the reception personnel, you should be lucky if you get a sincere attention or an eye contact. Oct 2022: That was a year ago. It has become better now.

I was treated with kindness and they took time to explain carefully what I was going through and what needed to be done. I am so glad my insurance works with them. I've had HORRIBLE experiences with my dental choices I must say they are the best. Thank you Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics in Altamonte. Dr. E. Silverman will always be my first choice but the whole practice is really good. Only problem is you can't see the Orthodontist the same day you see the dentist scheduling is a pain but not to bad. Thanks again Greenberg Dental Altamonte.

They have a very nice friendly staff & clean office, & prompt, courteous, respectful staff, I like this place, I'd drive from Orlando to come there for a visit with my dentist, or one of the ones they have there.

If you are frustrated with the Port Orange location-- please give Altamonte a try. It is worth the drive for us. We are reated with dignity here and staff is empathic and competent.

Felt very rushed and unprofessional atmosphere had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. My son has issues flossing his bottom teeth just like any other 11 year old and they were just as dirty as before entering for his quarterly cleaning.....!
