Everything is explained and a printout of dental work that needs to be done in the future. I have a Medicare dental plan. Great staff and Dr Nabood, DDS.

Everyone was excellent from the receptionist to the dentist , I was scared but the assistant talks to me and make me relax I'm happy I did choose this office.

I am extremely nervous going to the dentist. Dr made me feel very comfortable and calmed me down. Got a filling and didn't feel a thing. He was super quick with the filling too! Definitely will be going back.

They are so great. Took really good care of me. Had to get tooth pulled no pain. They are now my dentist. Went back a d everything has changed. Would not go back they used to handle everything but now they dont.

I was assisting wonderfully by the young ladies at the desk but in the back it was completely different. The aide or assistant was taking X-rays when another lady kept challenging everything she was doing and asking about insurance. Then the doctor I assume came in and asked to see what insurance I had . He then began exam and I explained I have a gag reaction. He then said he would need to refer me to another doctor for a couple different items. He seemed irritated that I had a reaction with his fingers and tool in my mouth. He then mentioned he would start treating me with what he could do and I asked why? If I have to go to another dentist why not do all there? They need to post their limited abilities as to not waste time and fraudulently charge insurance for partial assistance. Now I will have to pay another dentist for X-rays . Not happy at all

Front desk and staff were super sweet and just lovely people! I'm only rating at 3 stars because the cleanliness of the waiting room chairs was atrocious. As large of a company as this is you'd think they'd replace the nasty, smelly, pee stained waiting room chairs. Do better Greenberg dental, this isn't the only office with this problem!

Dr. Haitham Nabood is very rude. I will never come here again. They do braces at this office, and my daughter came here for an extraction and he got upset and started being very mean when I told him my daughter had another company she's going through for her braces. When he first came into the back room where we were, he had a bad attitude!! We were here on time for my daughters appointment and still had to wait about an hour to be seen due to them being short staffed. I can understand why they are short, he has no respect and don't know how to talk to people.

The dental assistant Sarah was just wonderful, very professional and friendly. And dr Nabood was also professional and painless . Thank you to the whole staff including front desk.

Thank you so much for Greenberg Dental at university blvd, so appreciate all the stuff they were so helpful, friendly, clean, they are doing their job honestly, thanks for the hygienist, first time in my life I didn't feel any pain even without anesthetic and she spend a time to clean, Special thanks to Dr. Haitham Nabood for his personal attention to my condition, his smooth explanation for my problem and what is best for me for treatment, and his beautiful way of dealing with you, not as a case, but you feel him as a friend and family member with respect and smile, so blessed to be there!!. I highly recommend going to them always!! Thank you Dr Haitham Nabood so appreciate you !!. Thank you miss Jazmin Robles for your great work!!.

Terrible experience! I went before Covid with a toothache and had a tooth pulled and a treatment plan for a root canal. But, the tooth stopped hurting. So, I thought everything was fine. Fast forward to present day, I went in for antibiotics, pain relief, ans a treatment plan. But was met with a very rude dentist that doesn't care about any pain that I am in. He acknowledges I needed more work done but, refused to give anything but, saying take meds over counter. I did not have any medicine allergies but, I told him I needed alternatives to NSAIDs if they had any. He refused to give me anything for pain and was not going to give me any antibiotics until I mentioned it. I have never been so disappointed and disregarded while in pain. That is the most repulsive treatment ever! Better off going to teledoc at least they listen. I doubt the recommendation would help if the people act like he does. Like he wouldnt prescribe anything unless i insisted. Best nurse aside from that.... Do not come here!

I switched back to this location (University Blvd) a year or so ago and this has been the best choice ever. The staff are so friendly, professional and helpful in the care that you need to maintain your teeth.

Very compassionate Dr. Nabood is wonderful. Clinicians are very understanding as well. I enjoy and feel very comfortable anytime I'm in their office.

This is a very good dental office, the staff are pleasant, Dr Carter is from heaven, it's one shop get it all. The specialists are knowledgeable, I am glad I got a recommendation to them, my whole family is in. As much I like I like Greenberg, Dr Carter is no longer at the university office so my children are been seen by Dr Nabood, today I am told to pay extra $50 because the dentist is new in the practice and he is "unable" to get their old medical record. So I asked does that mean whenever a new dentist shows up we have pay? And they said yes. I wish my boss pays me like that. This is same office, office not changed.
