This is the worst and dirtiest dentist I ever been to. The equipment looks like it was never cleaned. Then they tell you false information. Female dentist tried to charge me 1000 dollars for each wisdom tooth to pull after i called and specifically ask if they accepted my insurance. Took all of my information confirmed an appointment get there to be turned away after WAITIN ! Please save your time, and money. These ppl do not care about giving professional services. They all about the money. And don't care if they do or say anything right. It's basically a scam. Do not bother going to this location. You will regret it.

My family had a terrible experience here. I do not know how any self-respecting doctor can run a practice like this. Go anywhere else but here. Save yourselves.

Broke. My tooth and said my insurance doesn't cover the extraction she would have do. Went in there teeth was not hurting and now it hurts very bad

I am not sure the lady who saw me is a dentist. Worse dental place ever. First I was left waiting in the room for almost an hour. When she came she immediately said I needed deep cleaning. I don't understand the cleaning she did and she was done with everything in about 10 minutes. Still reminding me of paying out of pocket for deep cleaning. Worse dental place ever. No wonder she has open appointments all the time.

Very unsanitary. Not prompt at all when it comes to appointments. VERY rude and unprofessional female receptionist. Doesn't seem too knowledgeable of anything either.

This place needs to be shut down. An absolute joke of a professionally-ran business. I had been trying to contact the office manager for dental records since December 2021. I was given the office manager, Sandra's, email. Emailed her at least 6 times and never got a single response. When I called the office at least once a month to follow up the front desk people somehow never knew her schedule or when she would be back in the office. They just rush you off the phone and give you her email which she never responds to. No one is helpful. No one cares. Even the hold music when you call in sounds like a clown show, which is exactly what this place is.

Very unpleasant and needs to update their office and dental equipment. The staffing is not professional. The room was not clean before they asked me to come in the room. I had to inform them that before you ask for another patient to come in to sit down. Your supposed to clean the rooms very well. It was less them 1min before they brought me in from another room next to a patient just walked out. I had to say something to the staff and the dentist. They are very unprofessional. It's not clean. I need to get better insurance because all the doctors that take Amaria group had unexceptable doctors offices

I really had the worst experience with this location ever. On my first day visit the doctor was rude and also when I call them after my visit, the the people on the phone were even worse than the doctor. I should rate them less than one star.

DO NOT COME HERE! Had an appointment at 3:00 so got there around 2:45 since my father's a new patient and there was paperwork to fill out. First there were patients who had 2:30 appointments still not seen even after 3:00. The lights flickered before 3:30 because of an incoming storm. Not told til 4:10 that my father would not be seen that day since he was a new patient and their computers were down. Sounded like an excuse since they had 3 other 3:00 appointments and now 4:00 appointments coming in. They said they couldn't take X-rays ... even though I mentioned that I already had my father's X-rays sent over from another provider. Not being seen was probably a blessing in disguise after reading all of their other reviews. No apologies just offered to reschedule ... to which I said no thank you!

Horrible Dentist , the African dentist is rude they were late opening up my appointment was at 9 I didn't get seen until 10 :05 then she only looked at my tooth for one second and gave me a referral to another doctor I was in so much pain and she didn't help at all didn't even want to write me a Prescription for ibuprofen.

Worst experience in my life. The female dentist lied about what procedures she was doing to my teeth. Sent me on a wild goose chase for answers about where to get a new referral after giving me a false referral for a service. Male African dentist was very rude. Call me a child. "Your acting like your 2" all because I asked for my paperwork and questioned the services the female doctor did on Tuesday. In his words " idc sue us, call your lawyers." I called backed he hung up on me multiple times and placed me on hold for hours. I don't understand how you can even operate a business with such rude behavior and disrespect towards a woman. It is my right to have my documents and proof of whatever services were done that day. You refused to give me my paperwork and that's the last straw. So just to let this office know especially the African male on the phone. I recorded the calls. I have word for word every disrespectful and disgraceful sentence you said to me. I would highly recommend NO ONE GO TO THIS OFFICE. Worst worst experience. It's 2022 do better.

This office doesnt care about their patients, I came here looking for treatment because my insurance said this is one of the places that they covered. Some guy answered and then placed me on hold and never came back because he said I needed to go to my insurance to get a printout saying the procedure is covered for the office. That was Friday and now when I called trying to get an appointment. Not to mention after my child came from here to get a cap on her tooth because they didn't do it right now has to have two teeth pulled as a result of the lack of care they took on her fill in. Places like this needs new management and better concern for the patient care.

Longest wait time of my liiifffeeeeeeeee!! Appointment was at 11 am. I arrived at 10:55 am. And it's currently 12:26 pm. And I STILL haven't been called back. I'm a new patient. And will never return.

Please don't come here ! I wish I saw the reviews before I came. my appointment was at 9:30am and didn't get seen tI'll 10:30am. The dental assistant of Paula Walker , he's an Indian or middle eastern man was so rough with my teeth. He used this metal scraper thing and was jabbing in between my teeth, it was painful and felt like he was grabbing the root of my tooth and pulling it out my gums. He was talking about his experiences with people that come there and said out loud to me , I promise I'm not lying or exaggerating but he says he does cheap work when he services people because peoples oral problems are too much. I left with a bleeding mouth you guys. the area where you spit after you drink a cup of water was filled with mold. Paula took me to a machine that rotates around your head and lasers and gave me no instructions whether to not move or anything, she literally walked away. work place ever , worst and first time experience I had like this. If I can give it a 0 I would, my jaw is throbbing so bad and as disgusting as it was , I pray the metal thing the dental assistant used in my teeth was clean, im genuinely concerned and I want to report it further

I went in asking for 7 teeth to be removed. The dentist tried to convince me to do root canals and all kinds of other things. I was very clear I wanted my 7 remaining teeth removed. They said they would need to put in an authorization. I go back today to get copies of my x rays because I decided to go to another dentist anyway. I asked if they had my authorization back and they said yes and they denied the whole thing. I told them that didn't make any sense whatsoever because extractions are covered. I called the insurance company instead of sending an authorization for simple extraction of 6 teeth and 1 impacted. They sent it for 7 impacted teeth. The gave me the codes they sent in for approval and I confirmed that none were extractions.

They had a whole parking lot of people wait outside only to have the office closed without prior notice and after they came back from their lunch break they told my they don't except Medicaid anymore....

THIS IS THE WORST Dentist visit I've ever had they were VERY unpleasant, RUDE & overbooked. They Girl at the front desk was very rude and didn't seem to care about anything k was saying regarding my appointment. They wouldn't listen to my problems and concerns and refused to pull the tooth that was causing me pain insisting that the pain I felt was coming from an opposite tooth on a different side of my mouth. I took off work to come into this appointment to not even have work done on my mouth just have him my gums and send me out the door with no antibiotics for the infection he said my tooth had
