At first this office was decent and provided good services, then I started noticing that every time they would have different people and Dental professionals. Then every time I saw someone different they told me something else regarding my same issue. The worst part is their billing. Once they try to bill me for an adult that was on my policy. Also they keep billing me for something they can't even tell me what is for and for things that I have already paid. So neededless to say I won't go back.

My mother and I became patients here close to a year ago, this time. I needed two root canals and as I had recent heart surgery, I could not, and still cannot regulate my body temperature. Since it was colder in weather and cold within the office. I asked the root canal specialist for a blanket as I'd been offered one before.. he then proceeded to make fun of me and asked me if I wanted a teddy bear too! I have not been back as I found this clinic to be super unprofessional. Lately, my mother has been having issues with an infection they "treated," as it's been ongoing. The X-ray tech that took my moms X-rays that last week prior to getting her meds, said the crown was broken and there was an infection due to it. the doctor then proceeded to tell my mom that that was not true and weren't able to accommodate my moms schedule and she had to find a way to get the infection cared for. But upon leaving when my mom asked why she was being charged? They said she was a "special" patient and so they charged her for "cleaning the lower teeth," which was a ghastly amount of money for only a partial cleaning. Speaking to the manager at this clinic, Name starting with a D, she sounded as if she was mocking me and laughing at me during the phone call! In the end when my mom confronted them about the ghastly amount she was charged for "half a cleaning done," mom went to a different dentist and had to be referred to a root canal specialist and now is on such a high dose of penicillin for the infection that this place initially caused her!! If you read the reviews you'll see there are some very negative ones and talking today to D, I was very disappointed in her ability to handle the conversation without sidetracking, cutting me off, bringing up things I had just spoken about - she was most definitely stone walling me as I was describing fraud for taking payment for services non rendered, aka the cleaning they grossly over charged her for which she went in because she was misinformed by the X-ray tech. Not worth it! Overpriced! The male who did my root canals was pompous and had the audacity to make fun of me when I was asking to be accommodated (asked for a blanket) per cause of my heart surgery. My other family has been going here and i fear they'll mistreat them the way they've mistreated my mother and I. Knowing our names and identities, it's easy for them to "take it out" on my family members that go there due to this listing. Especially since D, was so unprofessional on the phone and strung out conversation all over the place on purpose! Not worth it! Do not go here! Poor poor management skills. In my experience, franchises like this that are owned by people usually only care about the money, not care for the actual patient. I can say this as a person with a disability and as a former EMT who has gotten into medical school. It's expensive enough to be charged at the dentist, then to pay for services to be belittled during or to pay for something that wasn't done, nor was it being informed it was being done and a charge notified prior to. They've screwed us out of thousands and thousands of dollars!

A new Colorado resident needed a new dentist and reluctantly started the search for "best dentist near me". I need to go by a lottery ticket because I hit the jackpot here! Everyone was professional, courtesy and friendly. It was the best cleaning I've ever had. Check in and check out was easy and costs for today's and future visits were expertly and transparently explained. You'll be in good "gloved" hands here!

I had an appointment on Tuesday August 30th at 11am for a one hour check up since I had my daughter, it was my first time back in a while, I arrived maybe 5 minutes before 11 and I wasn't seen until 11:30. During the appointment I did mention to the front desk that I only had one hour as I had another appointment at 1pm and after I mentioned that information, I felt like I was being rushed out by the front desk and the rest of the staff. The dentist was very kind and explained to me that I needed several procedures done which I expected but my plan was just to get the information and the cost to be able to schedule accordingly, they typically don't work that way they want to charge you and do all the procedures right away. The benefit coordinator who is the same lady in the front desk told me that I could leave and she will email the benefit cost and all the information of the procedures. By Thursday I still hadn't received the email and I called and a dentist hygienist answered and told me she will inform the lady to email me the information which didn't happened. I emailed the lady on Monday 9/5 and till this day 9/8 I haven't heard back from them. I had bad experiences with the procedures done on me but I wanted to give them another try but unfortunately with this situation I prefer not to return. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I couldn't be more disappointed with a dental office. My son had an orthodontic consultation, and we met a very nice doctor who gave us a reasonable quote. She told us to come back when my son's final adult tooth had grown in at which point I scheduled the appointment to have his braces put in. When I arrived, I was told we were there for a "re-consult" - not installation as I was initially told. We proceeded to have more X-rays and images taken by a tech who clearly had no idea what she was doing. Once in the exam room, we were told by another assistant that the doctor who we previously consulted with quit and by the way, we're discontinuing orthodontics at this office. "I don't know why no one called to tell you," she said. Inept, unorganized, unprofessional.

Horrible place!! The front desk staff has no idea on how to do their job and give you the wrong information about how much one will pay out of pocket after Dental Insurance pays their part. Their "estimate" is a piece of trash that is not even close to what one will end up paying out of pocket. We have dental insurance and we still have to pay $2,000 out of pocket for their service. Had we known that from the beginning, we would have never continued with the procedures here. They initially told us we would have to pay $839 out of pocket! But now it's close to $2,000!! Why? Because they do not know how to do their job and inform patient so that we can make an informed decision.
