Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

Horrible place that will try to say you need a bunch of work done to get you to pay for more. Also, who makes patients sign an agreement without letting them read or review it??? All Pacific Dental Service offices are a complete scam and try to upsell you. Aces dental is amazing and I'll never go anywhere else.

SCAM WARNING!!!! This place is a complete scam and I'm already in touch with the Nevada Dental Board. They will upsell you on their "root and scaling cleaning" and after you deny it they still charge you for it. We went in for a regular cleaning and they charged us $800 extra! They make you sign your discharge papers without looking at the computer screen. They said even though we denied wanting any extra work done the signature is on the paper. We didn't sign for the extra work! They admitted that we denied wanting the extra work! There were multiple patients coming in saying that the crown or bridge that they put in broke AGAIN. When the front desk girl came into my room all she did was gossip about other patients... talk about HIPPA violation... If you go to this office I highly recommend using the Nevada Dental Board! Do not go here. It's a scam and all they want is money!

Read all the 1 star reviews! This place is horrible ! My bridge fell out over 15 times and they kept making excuses about it . I had to take them to the Nevada Dental Board and was awarded a settlement. The office manager sent me to collections and won't return my calls , I have since contacted the Nevada Dental Board again for resolution. They hire first year dentists with no experience . They will also recommend a root canal for a simple cavity to make a bigger profit. Please contact the Nevada Dental Board and file a complaint, it will take a year or so but you will be compensated for this. You don't have to hire a lawyer the dental board represents you . Had I known I could have sued them for medical malpractice I would have but the statue of limitations has passed . Don't let these people stay in business

I broke my front tooth right in half which was the most stressful experience I've had thus far... thankfully they were able to get me in that same day and made me look like my normal self (which I was so worried about). Dr. Busch is incredibly kind and amazing! She explained the whole process to me and I didn't feel a thing while she did my root canal.

Absolutely stay away from this place! I went in for a simple cleaning and expected to pay a copay...what i didn't expect is to be tricked into signing documents that committed me to service i specifically said NO to only moments before. Is this company hurting so bad financially you need to trick patients into payments they can't afford? when asked they simply told me "oh well you signed for it"...absolutely garbage

I love my dentist Dr. Bush and dental hygienist Nicole plus all staff. They are always nice,funny, and good to me. My dentist even works Saturdays. I recommend coming here even if just a regular dental clean!

On August 12th, I was in excruciating pain. I had a previous dentist appointment, that I had attended on Thursday which was very unpleasant. The doctor had no regard for my pain, scheduled me for October, and prescribed me pain medication. I hadn't eaten for 2 days and had severe sensitivity to hot and cold. Dr. Paige C. Elsea DMD ran some tests to see which tooth was very sensitive. Upon further evaluation and an X-ray, she discovered a former feeling was gracing my nerve. She immediately called Union Village Modern Dentistry to get me in to see an endodontist named Dr. Adetaye Adeseye. I will be back to get my crowns done by Elsea. Also, I am so happy to be out of pain. I highly recommend both of these amazing dentists because they care about you more as the patient.

Kevin Tan is the best dentist I have ever had. I can't speak highly enough about him. My entire family all switched to him as well. He doesn't rush you and he makes sure you don't have any questions before he leaves the room. He's very friendly and very informative and he makes you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. We're so glad we found him.

I have worked mostly with Star and Kevin and Mr Chow and let me say they are the best !! All of them are so kind and thoughtful. I cant speak higher of these guys , The process was smooth and fast and they keep everything clean clean clean ! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone ! The whole staff is amazing! Anyone I have worked with has been helpful and fast and kind from the lady's in the front to the people in the back even the gentlemen in billing, everyone is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! If you are skeptical about dentists go here . They will take care of you ! Thank you for such an amazing experience and I'm actually looking forward to coming back!!

I was referred to Dr. Tan by a good friend. An appointment was quickly scheduled to address my concerns. The entire staff was very professional and made me feel that I was in good, competent hands. The exam was thorough; the office is very clean with state of the art equipment. I was quite pleased with the whole experience and have scheduled my follow-up appointment.

I'm using my daughters account so that right there should say how upset I truly am. I had the worse dental experience and nightmare. To start off I was originally an absolute dental patient and they did a terrible job and I decided due to the oh so awesome reviews I'm gonna go to green valley modern dentistry. Biggest regret and mistake ever! I walked in staff seemed super friendly and scheduled my appt to be seen. I needed a root canal and a re root canal. I went in on time all was swell and happy. Went thru the two root canals (The pain). To then be given an appt to come in and get my crown for the front and a patch for the retreat crown since I already had a crown on. I went in.... to be sat down and told I need to have the tooth pulled, or to put a crown post ( no point to do cuz the tooth will eventually fall) . Why do the root canal have me go thru the pain to then mention to have the tooth pulled? That's not the worse part, I also have to have my bottom right tooth that has been waiting for a crown removed as well. So I said ok let's schedule to have the two teeth removed since I still had active insurance AND was working for the company I was covered under SO I knew what was covered. I had to wait a week for the appt to be called two hours before my appt to be told the doctor will not do the procedure because he will not wait to have a prior authorization for the extractions be approved. What? My insurance confirmed more then once I was covered and a prior authorization was not a requirement to do the extraction. This was back in March and I still til this day have not received a phone call, an apology, nothing!!!! I have two holes in my mouth and no one cared to anything for me, especially knowing what I endured with absolute dental. You guys at green valley are horrible and liars, only care about money and forcing cash pay on an insured patient that knows the insurance side and what's covered and the process. I could've maybe made arrangements and paid for what was needed. Just unbelievable all the way around. I now have infections eating at my bone that require bone graphs. Thanks again!

Do not go here. They are owned by a corporation that only cares about profits. If you have a simple cavity they will recommend a root canal and a crown because that is the most money they can make. I have two crowns that they made for me, the first one broke twice and after the second break I went to a real dentist to get it fixed. No problems. Now, my second crown that they made for me has broken. I will get it fixed by Dr. Koot who is a real dentist. The first crown I ever had was made by Dr. Koot and to this day it has not broken but everything that has been made GV has failed. Do not go here! They are terrible.
