I try not to leave negative reviews on Google, because I know that everyone has "bad days". Maybe I just happened to visit Green Mountain Pediatric Dentistry on one of those rough days? All the other reviews look so positive, so if you are reading this review, please consider those positive reviews as well. We were first-time patients at this dentist office about a month ago. No one checked our temperatures during the visit (although I saw them checking someone's temperature as we were leaving, so perhaps we just flew under the radar accidentally?). Neither the dental hygienists nor the dentist himself seemed to be trained in Pediatrics. No one tried to build rapport with my children or do anything to make them feel comfortable. They were just polite enough to not be rude, but nothing really beyond that. It was crowded and they kinda rushed through the cleanings. Since no one was encouraging my youngest during the rough cleaning, I spoke up and was telling my son, "Good job buddy", and "You're doing great!"... and the hygenist actually looked at me and asked me to be quiet! We should have left then, but we finished up the visit. My kids were disappointed they didn't get a free toothbrush and toothpaste at the end, like at their old dentist. The receptionist was on his cell phone when we came to check out, and didn't even end the call, but set the cell phone down with the screen open while trying to help me. I asked for a reminder card, which he didn't seem to want to take the time to give me, saying that I'd get a txt. I felt rushed to leave and I had questions still about treatment. Both my kids, when we left, said that they didn't like that place... And they loved their old dentist at home and never complained about going. In short, I went home and scheduled another exam with a different dentist in the area, and cancelled my appointment and patient status with Green Mountain Pediatrics. It took them a month to get the xrays they had taken over to our new dentist. I asked our new dentist to please take new xrays, just to make sure it was done correctly, and it turns out some of the treatment they were going to have my son get was not even needed. My advice is to go into the office ahead of time and meet the dentist and hygenists, scope things out, etc, before you bring your kids here.

Amazing dental group!! I have spent countless hours looking for an above sub par practice that would accept both my daughters AND our insurance. I found an office that seemed to have decent reviews and met for our first visit. It was cold and the dentist seemed under enthusiastic about doing the work. She scheduled the work for a separate date alot later than we had assumed was healthy. So in search of a new practice, we found Green Mountain Pediatric Dentistry! I'm very happy I took the chance! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the front desk was VERY accommodating, my children absolutely adored the Dentist and Assistant. They kept them comfortable and distracted the whole time and did fast, accurate and great work on my girls and for the first time, we look forward to coming back! Very pleased!

My two year old daughter has pretty significant fear of the dentist. She dislikes brushing her teeth even at home. Our first dentist sent her to Timberlane Dental after seeing her twice because they weren't able to give her a cleaning. We went to Timberlane once and had a negative experience. When I learned there was another new option I was excited to give them a try and it was the best experience we have had. The space is very nice and welcoming. The staff, incredibly energetic, patient and caring. We won't be bringing our daughter anywhere else!

I highly recommend this dentistry to any family with young kids. My daughter had her first ever check up here and they made her feel so comfortable, she has been asking when her next appointment is. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a very clean facility. Their toys in the waiting room are in good condition and they provide a place to put used toys to be cleaned. The rooms are brightly lit and very clean. They provide the children with TV connected to Netflix and YouTube for them to pick a show while getting their teeth cleaned. At the end of the visit my daughter got to pick a prize out of the treasure chest, I thought that was a fantastic idea! Overall a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to further cleanings for my daughter.

Have a very sensitive 2 year old; though he was upset when he was being checked out, he was happy with the hygienist who was just lovely. The dentist knew his stuff and was informative and understanding. I typically feel bad because my little one is sensitive but here I didn't feel bad! I felt good about our experience there and am glad I was able to find them to work with!

BEST EVER!!!! Wearing masks, limiting contact and the sanitizing made us feel safe to go in during this Covid time. My son was scared to go in to see a dentist and had a flawless appointment. My daughter might be on the spectrum and they were so kind with her and listened to her intentionally. My children were treated respectfully, kindly and most importantly professionally. They got goodie bags with kids flossers, a toothbrush and even some little goodies. I cannot say enough for how happy our appointment made the whole family! Thank you for all that you do!

This was my 2 year old sons first visit to the dentist. I have already been to the dentist since COVID. The suit of armor they now wear was overwhelming for me, but when we got here, I expected something else. It was actually much worse. Aren't they supposed to be welcoming and try to make things comfortable for kids? Did I mention this was my sons first visit to the dentist? The woman who eventually came in the room was wearing an astronaut helmet! No lie! Luckily my son didn't start crying right then and there. I understand they are on the front lines of this whole thing, but really? What I could understand from under her helmet AND mask in the 2 minutes she spent with us was exactly what our pediatrician said looking a lot less scary. Was that the dentist we saw? I guess I expected slightly more time spent talking about his mouth given I was expecting to bring him here twice a year for the next 18 years at $125 a pop. The male receptionist was the highlight I suppose. He was very pleasant on the phone making the appointment. When we got there however, he didn't know who we were and made it sound like I could have been at the wrong place. I quickly understood why when I realized how many other kids rolled through as we were waiting. Once we got in the room, there was two other people that walked in and out. Silly me for thinking one of them may have been staying there. I think I tried talking to one of them but they quickly ran away. We are all in this together, being socially distant, doesn't mean you have to ignore others. Did I mention my son is 2 and is slowly getting used to seeing everyone in masks now the few times he leaves the house. I called timberland as well, they hung up on me twice while trying to schedule an appointment so I took that and their bad reviews as a sign.
