I hadn't seen a dentist in several years due to a bad experience. Dr Castleberry and his staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. After my first appointment for x-rays, thorough cleaning (Carissa had her work cut out for her !) and discussions, I am confidently going forward with other necessary work to improve my smile. Thank you to all !

For my first time experience there I would say the Dental hygienist was very good at what she does. She made my first time experience there comfortable and painless. The staff and Dentist were very friendly, and I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment. I would highly recommend this to anyone else.

First visit since relocating permanently to the area and extremely pleased with all. Check in was efficient, teeth cleaning and doctors inspection was professional and just the right mix of socializing.

I used to love this dentist and they deserved a 5 star review for the longest time, but now I'd give them one. I honestly feel betrayed because I really did love this dentist, they were all so wonderful. So, they stopped taking Badgercare a few years ago, but the dentist still accepted mine because I was already a patient. I am still grateful and appreciative that they took it up until recently, though. However, what I am upset about is that I was finally able to get back in for a cleaning (COVID pushed it back by months) and then another appt to do a filling, and was never told that they stopped taking my badger care. In fact, I even asked, "since he still allows me to have Badgercare, would it be possible to get my kids in who have it?" The answer I got was that they planned to stop taking it by the end of the year and they are not accepting new patients with it. Since I'm left to pay the bill, I should have been told that they would no longer accept it for me. What I got told on the phone is "if we had to inform everyone with Badgercare, that would be thousands". I am also upset because the filling that was recently done doesn't feel right, I can't chew anything on that side of my mouth. I had planned to come back in to have them take a look, but now I have to find a new dentist because I don't feel comfortable seeing a dentist that can't tell their patients when an insurance is no longer accepted, leaving them with a surprise bill that they can not afford at the moment. Lastly, I don't get how they expect their patients to pay the bill in full within a week. Got my next statement today and it says it's due on 11/16/2020. On the phone I was told I could make monthly payments, but I guess not. Update since I seen they replied: I called first to resolve this issue and it didn't help, so I will not be calling again. I also was not informed of Badgercare not being accepted on June 9th, because if I was, I would've just asked to reschedule my filling appointment for a later date when I had the money. The insurance is not what is frustrating, it is the lack of communication between business and patient. That is why I was and still am upset, so no, I will not be returning to this dentist.

I can't tell you how much piece of mind I had when I left today. You figured out what was wrong and gave me a solution! Everyone starting with Kate to Carissa to Dr Castleberry to Sara couldn't have been more friendly and thankful. Thank you again and I look forward to calling you my dentist ( :

Very grateful that they got me in sooner than my original appointment and where able to take care of the problem that was causing me so much pain. Very instructive to what needed to be done, what could happen and leaving the choice up to me. Not a huge fan of going to dentist but the nurse and dr made me feel comfortable while i was there. Thank you Green lake Dental for taking care of 1 of the few dental procedures that I need done. I'll be back!

My first time there and everyone made me feel like they've known me for years. They are super friendly, fast, and all around great people. Carissa was my primary and she was very funny and easy to talk to; made me feel very comfortable right away! Both her and Dr. Castleberry were great people to have working on my teeth!

It took me a month to get in to the clinic for a tooth bothering me. They cleaned my teeth and took 2 exrays in May. I was told they were going to send in to my insurance a plan for the dental work I needed, to see what they would cover and it usually takes up to a month. After 2 months I called my insurance company to see what was taking so long and found out they never received anything from the dentist other then the bill for the cleaning. Which they sent in and was processed the next day.

I was new to Green Lake Dental due to an emergency situation in the fall of 2020. I was so pleased with Dr Castleberry and his team! Everyone fully explained procedures and took their time to ensure I was comfortable throughout. I returned this year and will continue as a patient with a dental plan that Dr Castleberry and I discussed. I highly recommend Green Lake Dental.

Every one is very very friendly!! They let you know exactly what needs to be done and do it very well. Prices are very reasonable. My dentist for 20 years retired and did not think I would find another one as professional. And after many tries finally found one that is as good if not better.
