Hi, my name is Angie Carle and I was born and raised in Ephrata, PA. I started my career in the medical field 20 years ago as a Certified Nurses Aid and I also worked in medical records. I had the opportunity to switch to the dental field 16 years ago and I absolutely love it. I enjoy getting to know all the patients. Education, compassion and quality of care are just some of the reasons why I am excited to be a part of Dr. Greens team. I look forward to helping you any way I can.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ed, and my daughter, Rachel. I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends. I also love spending time near any body of water, whether it is a pool, lake or by the beach.

Hi, I'm Trisha! I grew up in Lancaster County and graduated from Warwick High School in 2005. I worked in my parent's restaurant throughout high school, learning the art and skill of multi-tasking while offering great customer service. My love for helping people led me to the dental assisting program at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center where I graduated in 2008. I now live in Honey Brook with my boyfriend, Andrew, and our dog, Cerberus. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time playing frisbee with Cerberus, reading and hiking. I also love learning new skills while helping Andrew work on cars and building things around the house.

I previously worked with Dr. Green but left to pursue a career as an expanded functions dental assistant and realized my heart and passion is in a periodontal practice. I recently rejoined Dr. Green's practice and I am so excited to be back. I returned here because I believe in Dr. Green's values and the philosophy of the practice and he empowers me to learn. I especially enjoy working as a team and I look forward to seeing our patients from the past and meeting the new patients.

Hi, Im Rachel! I was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania and I am a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology located in Williamsport. As a native of York, I frequent Lancaster County to explore and enjoy all of the wonderful attractions it has to offer! The pathway I undertook is different from that of other hygienists in that I have a degree in Marketing & PR in addition to my dental hygiene degree. When I entered dental hygiene, I knew I'd finally found my niche!

In my free time you can find me picking crabs, catching rays by the pool, and enjoying the company of family and my boyfriend, Grant. I have two crazy dogs; a black lab, Jack and a rambunctious German short hair, Porter. I love to spoil my nieces and nephews and I am a true foodie!

Hello, my name is Aurora and I have worked with my husband since 1993. I graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 1989. While my husband completed his periodontal training in Boston, I worked with a top cornea specialist. When we returned to Pennsylvania I began helping my husband establish his periodontal practice. Through the years there have been many changes but through it all our goal has always been to provide exceptional patient care. Being a part of a practice that truly values patients and their care is so rewarding. I will do whatever I can to make your experience with our office pleasant.

I was born in York, PA and I later moved to Dover, Delaware. My family moved back to Lancaster County when I was 10 years old, and I have lived here ever since. I graduated from Manheim Township High School in 2021. During my senior year of high school, I attended the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center for dental assisting. During my program I did my externship with Dr. Greens office and found my love for periodontics. I love working with the patients. Dr. Green is a great teacher and I have learned so much. My experience working part time in high school at Landis Homes Retirement Community taught me great customer service and how to multi-task and I am happy to bring these skills to my patients at Dr. Greens office!
