Arrive to my appt on time and got send away because I didn't fill out my health history before I arrived, which could've been done in 5 mins at the office.

The process of getting my wisdom teeth removed was smooth and steady. At no point during the process were there any road blocks. They were very clear about the surgery and the recovery and helped with every step of the way. Great surgeon, great staff, highly recommend to anyone who needs surgical dental work.

Nice caring staff, felt comfortable, with assistant 'Tooth extracted; didn't feel a thing! Dentist is OK he doesn't talk to you, which is very awkward, idk - when trying to build trust with patients not such a good idea. 'Sorry I like my doctors to show some kind of emotion and compassion.

We used this facility for my son's wisdom teeth removal. While we were waiting, one of the ladies in the front desk kicked us out from the waiting room for no reason. We were just waiting for my son to get out, (very rude lady and unprofessional) I think they should be more respectful.

I needed an emergency extraction right before the July 4 weekend. What I thought was a TMJ attack turned out to be two severly infected teeth. The team here was able to fit me in quickly and remove the infected teeth immediately. They were efficient and kind making a miserable and frightened lady feel she was in capable and caring hands. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again and will happily recoomend them. I wish I could remember everyone's names that helped me but Tyler in particular was considerate and gentle.

I am not an easy dental patient, I have a lot of dental anxiety anxiety and doctor Riggs and the staff there really helped put me at ease and made me feel almost like family.. I absolutely recommend them highly

Stated they accept Medicare when making the appointment then was told they don't cover my wisdom teeth. Then tried to change over $1k up front.

Came here to get my wisdom teeth extracted under general anesthesia and the process was quick and easy from start to finish ! Coming back for surgery was super easy and quick Alina and Niurkia made me feel at ease about to procedure, Dr Riggs is definitely an amazing doctor and is great at what he does ! I healed quick and fast ! All of his staff is amazing and well trained I would recommend Green Gables Dental to anyone in need of extractions.

I'm still in pain ,2 months after my procedure, every time I try to schedule an appointment, it's always 10,or 11.. why does it say you're open til 5..

First off I was assured that they would have a copy of my dental referral up on my consultation. I emailed the referral to them at my consultation. They claim that they lost or haven't received my referral. At the end of the consultation I received a typed up invoice for the amount of out of cost money for the anesthesia. The surgery was not go on until the amount was paid in full. I called Green Gables for a invoice to be emailed to me. 24 hours later I called up again and requested the invoice to be emailed to me. I am saddened by there racial tactics. To prevent me from having the oral treatment I desperately need.

Starting with setting the consultation appointment to the surgery to follow up everything was easy. The front desk team here was great! So friendly and helpful, I had all my paperwork done when I arrived so check in was easy and quick. I couldn't go to the operating room with my son, understandable since they are small, once he was done with the surgery they called me and brought him right out and helped him get in the car. Follow up was informative and easy. Highly recommend.

The women at the front desk were so rude, they were very unfriendly , I felt it was a discrimination issue because of our race, there was a big difference when they checked people of their same race a whole different attitude they were even smiling, I would not recommend anyone of color to go there!!!!!!I would rate this place as 0 stars they need to replace these women!!!!

If your African American they will do anything to make sure they do not serve you Reading the reviews I see we are not the only people that have been mistreated and something needs to be done about that front desk its crazy how people can not comfortably see the dentist with a rude front office

I was recommended here and it was okay. My husband needed an extraction and we tried to come back, the front desk staff were rude, very uncooperative and had agreed to get my husband in on a certain date and time and then when it was time to schedule, they refused to get him in at the the time they agreed and refused to fix it. Horrible customer service. I found a much more cooperative and helpful oral surgeon.

Do not go here. Front desk is rude both of them. I didn't even get back to see the doctor because they are too stuck up to help with the intake paperwork. I was here a year ago with no problems. But this place has gone DOWN the hill horribly in that 1 year time.

Was referred here for an emergency extractionby 2 lovely ladies at Dental at your Door. I have serious anxiety as well as am sensitive about my teeth. Dr. Riggs, his assistant an everyone else was very professional. Very, very happy with Dr. Riggs and will definitely be dealing with him again if lucky enough. Thank you, i have zero pain after 3 teeth remover...
