As a talented general, cosmetic and biological dentist, Dr. Hye Park is the heart and soul of Green Dental of Alexandria. Dr. Park believes in using superior, patient-centered care while placing strong value on the connection between oral health and overall health. In doing so, her goal is to provide the best individualized dental care in the healthiest, safest and most holistic way possible through a whole-body approach.
Dr. Park is set apart by her unique commitment to deliver eco-friendly dentistry with innovative systems that support the environment. She is a certified SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) provider and utilizes safe, environmentally-conscious dental practices such as green dental imaging, air and water purification systems and a green infection control system.
Dr. Park graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. She carries over a decade of active experience in dentistry. Furthering her knowledge and skill in dentistry is important to Dr. Park. She believes that hands-on experience and education go hand-in-hand. Dr. Park has completed many hours of continuing education to stay on the top of cutting edge technology and the most advanced dental techniques available, including those in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, lasers, implants, endodontics, oral sedation, Invisalign, dental implants, and sleep apnea.
Top shelf dental care. Convenient location via METRO/King Street Station. Patient's dental chair features back massage capability along with TV viewing (CNN). Dr. Hye Park is very smooth. Dental experience beyond compare. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now.

Dr Park and her staffs took great care to make sure I was protected properly during the removal of my old mercury amalgam. They even have oxygen mask for you. They are so professional and detail. This was a big contrast to Alexandria old town Dental which I did the same procedure a few years ago. The best thing was the procedures went well and I do not experience any sensitivity later. I highly recommend Green Dental. Haley, the dental hygienist was so meticulous - best clean ever.

5 start dentist, no complaints at all. Coming from a small town, t's nice to see friendly dentist staff in the city. They took the time to listen to all my questions and answer them accordingly. They also checked prior to performing services to see what would and would not be covered by my insurance. Finally, they gave me personalized recommendations for after care and general teeth care. Shout out to Shelly at the front desk for her help with the billing and insurance questions. On the cleaning side, Christa did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. My mouth feels completely different now. She was extremely knowledgeable and nice. If you have a choice in hygienists, choose her. Green Dental of Alexandria also uses the Modento app - which makes scheduling appointments, asking questions, and uploading dental records a breeze. If you're looking for a new dentist office, I highly recommend this office, you won't regret it.

3.5. Excellent cleaning a couple of days ago. However, the dentist wasn't there. I have never been to a dentist in my life and the dentist didn't meet with me at least at the end after checking the hygienist work and looking at x-rays. Also, it's surprising that this dentist office is always upselling. There is always something. Parking can be a headache sometimes too. Considering moving to another dentist.

The hygienist, Kris, was very friendly and remembered exactly what we had spoken about at my last appointment 6 months ago. Dr. Park took the time to answer my questions in detail and address my dental concerns. I love this practice so much I will even deal with the Olde Town Alexandria parking situation. Highly recommend!!!
