Dr. Gordon Green opened Green Dental in 1978, after completing dental school at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1976 and then serving in the U.S. Navy. He was stationed at Cecil Field Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida, and the USS Grand Canyon, aboard which he was a dentist. Dr. Green trained at Bethesda Naval Hospital and Walter Reed Army Hospital. Dr. Green brings over 40 years of knowledge, training, and experience to his patients and believes strongly in continued dental education. He has achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, which is earned by completing 500 hours of continuing dental education and passing a comprehensive written exam. He was a founder of the Southern Indiana Implant Study Club, and is a past president of Greene District Dental Society. He maintains his membership in the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association. Dr. Green and his son, Dr. Brooks Green, carry on a legacy of 4 generations of dentists in their family. Not only do father and son share a passion for dentistry; Dr. Greens wife and sister are both dental hygienists, and his daughter is a dentist practicing in the Chicagoland area. The familys commitment to excellent dental care is second to none in the area. In addition to their efforts to provide top quality care to their patients here in the U.S., both doctors have traveled to Haiti and Belize for years on mission trips to provide the same compassion and quality of dental care to the people of those countries.
Dr. Brooks Green is the 4thgeneration of family dentists practicing in southwestern Indiana.Dr. Green, or Dr. Brooks as some patients call him, grew up in Lyons, Indiana and graduated from White River Valley Highschool. Dr. Green went to college in Longview, Texas and graduated from LeTourneau University with a degree in Biology. He then returned to Indiana to earn a Masters degree in Biology through Purdue University and then graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2015.
Upon graduation, Dr. Green began practicing with his father, Dr. Gordon Green, at the Lyons location. In 2016 Dr. Brooks Green started Green Dentals second location, Green Dental of Owen County, in Spencer, Indiana. Dr. Brooks Green currently owns and runs both Green Dental locations.
Dr. Green is deeply committed to continuing education in order to provide the best and optimal level of care for every patient. Dr. Green averages over 150 continuing education hours per year, and the state requirement is only 20 hours every two years!
Dr. Green has earned his Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry and his Associate Fellow status with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Brooks Green is also preparing for higher-level accreditation and board certification within implant dentistry.

Very friendly staff, unfortunately the quality of work has been lacking in my experiences with them. I've had the same crown reattached 3 times now, the last time didn't last a full day.

I was very pleased with the dental work that i had done. They removed 4 teeth which were all broken at least in half if not more and I had no issues from this procedure. Will definitely recommend Dr. Green and the team to anyone who needs dental work done.

Let's talk veneers. Most people don't understand the process it takes to get veneers. The shape, shading, etc. I had doubt I was going to love my smile again. Honestly, after them done I love my smile more. I can't stop smiling. I'm a happy smiling person anyways, but I just want to show my smile off even more. Dr. Gordon Green wasn't happy unless I was happy. This entire process. The end result it was 100% worth it and I had happy tears going home. I'm completely 100% satisfied with my beautiful smile! I couldn't say that enough!

I've been going to Green Dental for about 22 years now. At one point, after a move, I was an hour and a half away, but continued to see Dr Green! He and all his staff, are friendly, patient and knowledgeable! I wouldn't even consider changing dental offices. I have a horrible phobia of Dentists, but they're great at reassuring me, and making me feel secure! 5 Star Dental Office!!!

I was a first time patient,saw Gorden first,we did not hit it off,but Brooks did my sedation and work he pulled a tooth I wanted pulled and a lot of other work,I feel like he did a really good job and plan to return soon,I would recommend this office, they are expensive but what in life isnt,worth it
