Dr. Chery is very polite, as is the rest of the office staff. Initial appointment went well, but all went downhill from there. Ultimately, I do not believe I will be returning even though further work on the replacement crown received clearly needs to be done. I believe it is all with the best of intentions, but a single dentist in the office with appointments booked simultaneously is going to cause issues and drive down quality. Edit to respond: Dr Chery, your reply is truly disappointing. My "insistence to leave" was a single statement that I was exactly "I'm just ready to be done." After you chose to glue on a crown that told you and your assistant was still at a high point and you said exactly "Ma'am it looks like all your teeth are touching and your bottom molar likely shifted up" and whole lot of jargon to move on the the next patient who was sitting numb in the room next to me for 50 minutes waiting for you to finish with me. This was my 4th appointment for the single issue. You were done. You're assistant told me to "come back if there are any issues". I had no intention of making rude comments or giving details. Just a statement your time is stretched too thin and it has effected your quality, as it clearly has. My third appointment I did have to leave because I sat in your waiting room for 40min with zero acknowledgment as to when I would be seen. Of course I have no desire to return after you refused to hear me. THIS response you gave to try to deflect your mistakes as a provider shows your true colors and reasons why people should avoid your care.

Great dentist. Dr Cherry was kind and considerate with me. Her staff was kind as well. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone. The work she did was really well done. Thank you Dr Cherry.

Dr Chery is a great dentist! She's very personable and a great listener. I was looking for a new dentist and was terrified because I haven't been for years, but after seeing Dr. Chery I was at ease. The office is clean and the staff is very caring and knowledgeable. I was embarrassed and she didn't make me feel bad about my dental condition. I recommend Green Cove Dental!!

I just moved to Florida and was searching tor a new dentist and was fortunate enough to hear of this practice from a colleague. Sheila at the front desk made scheduling the appointment hassle-free. Dr. Chery and her assistant Jen were both very professional and knowledgeable. I had a chipped tooth repaired and a general cleaning done. You would have never guessed the tooth had been damaged, it looks perfect now. A complete 5 star experience throughout my visit.

Dr. Cheryl and staff are very nice and professional. As someone who had not been to the dentist in a while, she made me feel very comfortable and laid out a treatment plan with no judgment. I highly recommend the team at Green Cove Dental!

I am thankful our tiny community has a dental office with workers who care about the individual. Definitely recommend Green Cove Dental. I have unbelievably sensitive teeth, causing anxiety when I go to the dentist - but they calm your fears with how gentle and thorough they are.
