Dr. Eugenia Johnson is from Russia where she received her DDS from theMoscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry. She worked as a general dentist and endodontist in private practice in Moscow, Russia for ten years.
Dr. Johnson received her endodontic training atNova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. During her 2 year training program, Dr. Johnson performed research under Dr. Adam Lloyd and was also fortunate to collaborate with her husband, Dr. Wm. Ben Johnson, a world-renowned innovator and inventor in the field of endodontics.
The research she performed was published in the Journal of Endodontics and led to the development of a rotary instrument with a different heat and tension-treated alloy. These are the very same instruments she uses to perform root canal treatment.
If there is one thing Dr. Johnson is most proud of, it’s becoming a U.S. citizen. Having adopted Tulsa as her home, Dr. Johnson is delighted to call herself a Tulsan and loves all the amenities, culture and tastes this corner of Oklahoma offers
Dr. Johnson has been featured on the cover ofOklahoma magazine December 2010. It goes without saying she is the most elegant endodontist you are likely to meet. Her calm, quiet sophistication will put any patient at ease. As an avid equestrian, her and her husband enjoyed every opportunity to get out on the trails with their hunting dogs.
We really eat, live and breathe endodontics and taking care of our patients. We can only do this as part of a well orchestrated team where everyone knows their role. Amy Johnson-Rener runs the front office, meeting and greeting patients and handling billing. Dr. Johnson is the clinician performing compassionate root canal treatment.
Amy was raised in Tulsa and graduated from Jenks High School. Endodontics run in her blood; being the daughter of retired endodontist, Dr. Wm Ben Johnson. Amy has been involved in endodontics since she first worked for her father in Jr High. She started working at Green Country Endodontics as an insurance coordinator in 2014 and now she is our front office super star. Amy communicates with our patients, coordinates their treatment, and explores financial options available to them. She also communicates with our referring dentists and their staff so that we are providing the best experience for each patient.
With the ability to provide sedation dentistry to the most fearful patient, nervousness should not interfere with getting your dental needs to complete health. From IV sedation to general anesthesia, we can perform our work in the same office you have come to trust and where you expect quiet compassionate care.
Ally is our Lead Microsurgical Assistant who was born and raised in Beggs, OK where she graduated high school in 2009. Ally played two years of college basketball at Bacone College. In 2012 she joined the Advanced Dental Assisting School of Drumright. She has been a part of the team at Green Country Endodontics since 2013. She enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them feel comfortable in our office. Ally maintains a membership with American Dental Assistant Association and is devoted to continue her dental education.
Victoria is one of Dr. Johnson's Microsurgical Assistants. She was born in Miami, Florida but raised here in Tulsa, Oklahoma! She played soccer as a goal keeper for 3 years at memorial high school and graduated in 2013. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, friends, boyfriend, and rock climbing! She loves Tulsa and enjoys supporting local artists and events.
Brooke is our newest Microsurgical Assistant. She has been in the dental field for nearly two years and truly enjoys endodontic treatment. Brooke was raised in Owasso, Oklahoma. On her free time she loves going on hikes and spending time with her friends, family, her boyfriend, and her dog Buddy!

Dr. Johnson and her staff are amazing! They are all very kind and helpful with explaining the process and outcomes of your procedure and what is expected. The rooms are VERY clean and the view from the 3rd floor of the Bishop Building is calming. Highly recommend Dr. Johnson and her team. They are very professional and personable.

Was told that the whole procedure would be a price on the phone go in for a consultation and was told that was just the price for the visit and that what was needed didn't take insurance after waiting a month and a half for the appointment.

Dr Johnson and her entire staff were great during my appointments. I had to get a root canal and then surgery on my tooth and they were extremely accommodating and caring to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Cassie was extremely helpful with any questions I had over the phone. The entire team of Dr Johnson, Ally and Victoria worked very well together during the procedures to take the best care for me. I highly recommend this office to anybody needing work done.

I highly recommend Dr. Johnson!!!! I was very nervous from the beginning. The Dr & her staff were amazing at helping me relax. They were very reassuring and the Dr. spent extra time with me. I've had several root canals & some very painful injections but I barely felt the needle(s) this time. It ended up being a challenging root canal because about 3/4 of the way through my mouth wouldn't stay numb. Dr. Johnson was VERY patient & walked me through the entire process. She that she had given me the maximum amount of anesthetic & we would have to finish the "build up" on another day. She put a temp filling in and was very thorough & made sure I was safe. I am now on steroids/antibiotics & I will go back to her to finish this tooth but at least I should be numb next time.

Due to facial trauma I suffered years ago, today was my fourth root canal visit with Dr. Johnson. Dr Johnson is so kind and compassionate, and the entire staff always make the patient feel comfortable and at ease. To be honest, when I am a patient in their office, I literally feel like I am at a "dental spa!" Yes, having a root canal is never on a person's "must do" list... but if a person must visit an endodontist, I would strongly encourage that patient to see Dr Johnson and staff. They are calm, gracious, and make the patient as relaxed and informed as possible.

There are not enough superlatives to describe my recent experience at Green Country Endodontics. I was referred by my wonderful dentist who even in this crazy Covid environment arranged an appt within 2 days. From first contact by phone with the Business Manager all explanations were clear and concise. In the office the dental assistant Victoria was personable and informative. Then I met Dr. Johnson! She is gentle, relaxed, kind and skilled! The environment is comfortable and relaxing. The procedure went quickly and I feel great. Thank you, guys!
