As a high school student, I had a wonderful young dentist who was a huge influence in my choosing a career in dentistry. I went to Marquette University to become a dental hygienist and loved working with patients so much that I decided to enter dental school, and ultimately, I became a periodontist. My greatest pleasure comes from providing patients who are fearful and anxious about treatment, with the therapy that they need in a compassionate and caring manner.

Patients are often pleasantly surprised at how comfortable periodontal treatment can be. Some of our most fearful patients have become our greatest ambassadors. It is very gratifying for me to bring a patientto such a level of comfort in our practice thatthey will refer family, friends, and co-workers.

Periodontal research is a dynamic entity that is continually influencing our treatment techniques and providing us with the scientific basis for the treatment we provide. There have been many treatment advances madeduring my years of practice, and attending my national, regional, and state periodontal meetings hasprovided me with the continuing education necessary to offer the most up-to-date treatment options for my patients.

I grew up in Plainfield, a small farming community in central Wisconsin, and I now reside in Ashwaubenon. It has been a dream come true to have my son Phillip join me in practice after completing his Periodontal Residency at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. My daughter Olivia, and her husband James, live in Indianapolis. Olivia is a Search Engine Optimization Manager with the Wiley Education Services marketing team. I am delighted that Olivia and James are going to make me a grandma in the next few months.

I am a huge fan of all our Wisconsin sports teams and my college teams, including the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Wisconsin Badgers, and Marquette, Butler, and North Carolina basketball. When I am at home, my TV will usually have a game on. I love attending live sporting events and theater productions, and I also enjoy traveling, singing, playing fantasy football and dining out with family and friends.

I feel it is important to give back to the community through volunteerism. I amchairperson of the Silent Auction portion of our church picnic and a member of the Nativity Parish Adult Choir. I also serve as chairperson for the Ashwaubenon Education Foundation.

I have volunteered for many years doing Head Start dental exams for the Ashwaubenon School District and I also do dental screening exams for the NEW Dental Clinic for low income, uninsured individuals. I have been involved in several of Wisconsins Mission of Mercy events, providing dental treatment over a two-day period for hundreds of underserved individuals. All of these opportunities allow me to help make a difference in the lives of people who otherwise may not receive dental care. It is personally very rewarding to see the positive changes that we can make in the oral health of people in our state and local community.

I am thrilled to be a periodontist at Green Bay Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. As Dr. Paula Crums son, I have been around the office since a young age, and in fact, my first job in middle school was here at the office.I always knew that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, and it was this early exposure to dentistry, and periodontics in particular, that sparked my interest in the profession.

I graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in May of 2016.My dental education then sent me south to the Bayou to train at Louisiana State University in New Orleans.Leaving Wisconsin for the first time in my life was a bit daunting, but it was the best decision I could have made. While at LSU, I was trained in all of the most up-to-date surgical techniques in both traditional periodontal treatment and implant therapy. While I loved my time in New Orleans, I always knew my path was leading me home to Green Bay.

I joined the practice in July of 2019 and I could not ask for a better team to be joining. We all share the same goal of providing our patients with the absolute best care, all while making them feel comfortable.I often hear from new patients that they dont want to be in our office. It is always my goal to treat my patients in a way that makes them feel comfortable.Every patient is different, and I strive to tailor my treatment plans to each individual.I am excited to be able to offer new treatment to our patients, including the placement of dental implants.

It is my promise to all of our patients, both old and new, that I will continue to abide by the same standards of treatment you have come to expect from our office. It has been great meeting so many of you, and I look forward to meeting more of you in the future!

Being from Wisconsin, I am passionate about our sports teams, including the Packers, Bucks, Brewers and Marquette Golden Eagles.I love attending sporting events with friends and family, especially Packer games. My dad and I have the goal to go to every away NFL stadium for a Packers' game.I enjoy traveling, playing fantasy football, going out to dinner with family and friends, and I love horror movies!

I have been working as a dental assistant for over 25 years and joined Green Bay Periodontic's team in April, 2016. In the past I have been a dental assistant for restorative dentists, so this is my first time assisting a periodontist. It is challenging to learn a new dental specialty way of practice, but I love it! I am very excited to be a part of a great team that works to provide outstanding treatment in a very caring way. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, boating, snowmobiling, and spending time with family and friends.

I am excited to share my love of dentistry and the benefits of a healthy mouth with our patients. I have been a part of the hygiene team since 1989. Building relationships with our patients is always the highlight of my work day and I am honored to continue to learn and improve with them as dentistry changes. I am happily married to my husband, Scott and we are enjoying the empty nest life style. When I am at home you will find me knitting, doing crafts or cooking new recipes, especially cheesecakes!

Each day since joining Green Bay Periodontics in 2001, I know that Im coming to a workplace with a great team all working towards the same goal: to provide the best dental care possible for all of our patients. Knowing that we are accomplishing that is my favorite part of my job. The sense of satisfaction in the work that Im a part of is really important to me. Working with both Dr. Paula and Dr. Phillip Crum has been truly a rewarding experience. In my free time I enjoy going to Brewers games, getting away for a long weekend with my husband, Steve, watching my sons, Cael and Reid, play baseball and football, and of course watching our Green Bay Packers!

Being one of the newest members of Dr. Crum's team, I look forward to growing relationships with the patients and the staff. I have been working in the dental field for 15 years, from assistant to receptionist, and love the work I do. As the patient care coordinator my main responsibilities include greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling new patients and communicating with dentists and the patients they are referring to our practice. Away from the office I like to spend time with my husband Doug, and our children Mason and Samantha. I love camping, reading, motorcycle riding and bird watching.

I work to motivate patients to keep their mouths healthy while performing periodontal maintenance as well as scaling and root planing. Since joining the practice in 2001, my favorite part of my job has been taking a patient from the beginning of their treatment plan and following through with routine recalls and restorative. It is amazing to see their health improve and their anxiety diminish. They are proud of themselves and their healthy mouth; that is a truly rewarding experience for me. My husband Greg and I have two dogs that we love to death! We also have many nieces and a nephew that we enjoy very much. We also enjoy going up to our little house in Goodman where we have a Christmas tree farm that we are trying to develop, slow but sure.

Our patients are the best part of this job! It is truly rewarding to see the improvements after treatment. I have seen many of the same patients since I joined the practice in 2001, so I enjoy getting to know them and catching up with them during their recall visits. My husband Ernie and I have three children: Madeline, Olivia, Sam, and a dog named Lucy. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family. I also like gardening, reading, and watching my kids in gymnastics, soccer, softball, baseball and volleyball.

I have worked in periodontics and have been with Dr. Crum for my entire hygiene career, beginning in 1990. I enjoy working with patients, helping to keep their mouths healthy. It is very rewarding to see a patients improvements in their pockets and tissue health after receiving treatment. I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal basis as well; I have made many friends with the patients that I treat. My husband Chris and I have three children, Morgan, Madyson, and Jack. I enjoy family time, spending time at our cabin in Crititz, reading and spending time outdoors.

I joined Green Bay Periodontics in December 2019, and have enjoyed learning this specialty of dentistry. After graduating from UW-Green Bay with a Bachelors in Communications I moved to Nevada for three years. While there,I started my dental career as an orthodontic assistant. After moving back to Wisconsin, I transitioned into the front office of an orthodontic practice, and then a pediatric dental practice. I look forward to helping patients with their financial and insurance questions and learning as much as possible in the area of periodontics. When Im not at work, you can find me playing/walking/cuddling my two dogs, Bear and Zeke, or spending time with my husband, Justin, our families and friends.

I'm really insecure about my teeth because growing up my family didn't have insurance or money to go to the dentist and now that I finally got some good dental insurance I've started on the path to invisalign but was referred to GB Periodontics before we can start invisalign. The person who did my dental cleaning was so kind and professional. She did not make me feel ashamed like how I felt when I went to Dental Associates but instead she was very informative.
