This was my first time visiting the office. Prior to coming, I specifically told the receptionist that I was here for TEETH WHITENING. Over the phone, they told me before any teeth whitening, there will be a teeth cleaning service. We both agreed on TEETH CLEANING and then TEETH WHITENING. It is now Friday, I come in for my appointment. I met with the receptionist at the front desk and just to verify I said "teeth whitening is $350, correct". She said yes. Now, I finished getting my teeth cleaned and meet with the doctor to analyze my x-ray. He said everything was perfect. I said great, when are we doing the TEETH WHITENING? He proceeds to tell me, "we are not doing the whitening today, I did not know you were here for whitening". Excuse me. Now I'm confused and annoyed. The whole reason I'm here is for WHITENING. I could have went to my primary dentist for basic cleaning. The receptionist said it was a mistake, that the lady who does the whitening called in sick for the day. So why not reschedule my appointment, why was I not informed? I feel bamboozled. Very unprofessional. Not even an apology for wasting my time. I called out from work for this. I would never come back here again and if you are reading this I would think twice before coming to this office. I should have listened to the other reviews.

High level of deception and unethical behavior by this company. They call your phone at least 3 times a day, email, text and send multiple letters to have you set an appointment to later charge you a fee of $25 for missed appointment. This business is very unethical and I would never go there again nor recommend anyone to because how do you force someone to make an appointment and then turn around and charge them for a service that you did not provide. Disgusting !!!!!!!

My entire family and I have been visiting Green Acres Dental for over 20 years. We have developed an incredible relationship with the staff as though they were family. I went into the office a couple of months ago to get an implant they initially installed adjusted. The following day my right cheek was swollen, I was in excruciating pain, and I had a very important business trip in a couple of days. I knew something was wrong, so I called the office for some help. I spoke with a purported supervisor named Rianna, I explained the procedure that was done the day prior and the pain that I was in and requested to come in to see the Dentist again. Rianna was of no help, she was very rude, and unsympathetic, she did not even advise taking an Advil to ease the pain. She then told me that I need to go see another Dentist. At that point, I immediately requested to cancel all scheduled appointments that my family booked with them. I sat in pain for the next several days until I located another dentist's office. Due to Rianna's lack of client assistant abilities, after over 20 plus years, I will NEVER return to Green Acres Dental! I see others have also voiced their concerns about Rianna. It was a great experience up until she was assigned as a purported supervisor.

Visiting this dental office has by far been the most horrible experience of my life! I will never refer anyone to go here , Rihana the manager there is very disrespectful and unconcerned of incoming patients questions. First and last time visiting this office , the time I did spend here made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend!

Very unprofessional, receptionist have no clue on what they are doing. I confirmed my appointment through email & text when upon arriving the Spanish receptionist gave me a dumb excuse that the doctor no longer works there. I asked a different doctor and they told me to reschedule and wait again whilst my kid is in pain. Very rude and unprofessional , she was no help at all. Don't waste your time going there.

I booked my first appointment 2 weeks ago for a tooth cleaning, experience was great; however, when I came into the office today for a root canal (which I was told that I needed) experience was great up until I was moved to another room to perform a crown installation. As I sat in the chair that's when I was told that I had to pay an out of pocket expense of $1000.00. Honestly I was furious. Why wasn't this told you me prior? I now have a root canal and no cap to cover it. All the manager could tell me was well I told you, yeah seconds before the procedure was about to take place. This to me is very unprofessional. Before any appointment is booked, these type of things should be explained to the patients. I will no longer go to this establishment EVER! Now I have a root canal and no crown, I'm so disappointed.

Honestly the best Dentist office I have ever been too they are super friendly and professional it makes me feel at home and I'm scared of the Dentist office usually but the way Taishona* Kathy, Viv, Mary , Anna-K , Alex, Rhianna (the other famous singer) and Dr.Zafar made me feel is like no other this will be my new Dentist Office if they will have me thank you so much and continue to be amazing as individuals and as a company.

Very friendly and professional staff! Jackie, the dental assistant is great. They have in house orthodontist present every Friday is great (Doctor Foppiani) he is great. . Highly recommend

My family and I have been going to Green Acres Dental for over 20 years, and have always been satisfied with the services rendered. We have recommended this dental office to several family members and friends, and they have been satisfied also with the services. The office is prompt with their appointments (minimal waiting time). Overall pleasant and caring staff.

Great experience every time I have an appointment. They provide you with all the info you need, especially related to out of pocket expenses. Recently was cared for by Dr. Folia I, Jackie and Rhianna.

I was a patient, so don't ask me to contact this establishment. The lady at the front desk I do believe is the manager is really unprofessional and condescending. My family and I no longer go there.

Dr.dauiclso did a great job on my root canal, very funny very generous on the numbing medication. didn't hurt a bit.dr.zafar did a great job on my crown genital informative and straight to the point on what needed to get my teeth in tip top shape. Great staff caring ppl. I say 5 stars

I have always been pleased with the services I've received from Green Acres Dental. Dr Zafar is an awesome dentist who always takes the time to explain clearly all procedures she recommends, and is always concerned about her patients' needs. Dental technician Jackie, makes you feel like a valued customer. I definitely recommend this dental office.

I have been coming here for at least 20 years, since I was a child! I don't think i'll ever switch dentists! This business/the people have always been very welcoming, warm, and professional! The place is always clean and organized as well. Would definitely recommend to all!

Been going here for over two decades and the staff has always been extreamly kind and caring. My last visit I had ViV and Mary whom made the visit more than laughter.
