Greder Dental is a family practice that has been serving the Omaha, Nebraska, community since 1970. The father-daughter team of Mack Greder, DDS, and Jennifer Greder, DDS, specializes in restorative and cosmetic dentistry for every member of the family.

Many times, a visual representation is the most helpful tool in explaining the ins and outs of your treatment planning. The intraoral camera allows your dentist to capture accurate images of your teeth, then immediately transfer them onto a screen right at your chairside. With the help of these digital images and the clear, easy-to-understand communication were known for, it is our goal to make sure patients are always fully informed on their oral health.
Compared to traditional x-rays, digital radiography offers greater accuracy while also exposing you to far less radiation (up to 85% less!). Digital x-rays offer a clearer image of your teeth and oral structures, and they are easily transferred between dental offices, reducing the risk of miscommunication or extra hassle in the event that we need to refer you to a specialist. We also love them because theyre a more eco-friendly option -- no need for developing or extra storage space.
When a dental or facial x-ray is insufficient for advanced treatment planning, the Cone Beam CT (CBCT) scanner provides the in-depth look your doctor needs. Especially useful in implant dentistry, the CBCT captures three-dimensional images of your dental structures, soft tissues, nerve paths, and the bone that will support your new dental implants in a single scan. The CBCT may also be used in the diagnosis of TMJ/TMD or for treatment planning with impacted wisdom teeth.
If the thought of biting down on wet, uncomfortable impression cement makes you cringe, you are not alone. Fortunately, digital impressions eliminate the need for biting down at all, while also providing us with a more accurate representation of your oral structures. Greder Dental prefers the iTero Intraoral Scanner. iTeros digital images are captured quickly, ready immediately, and allow your dentist to get to work on creating your new restoration right away.
Our soft tissue laser greatly improves the way we treat your gums after infection or injury take hold. Traditional surgical treatment for gum disease, gummy smiles, or gum recession is often painful and has a long recovery. Thanks to the ultra-precise soft tissue laser, your dentist performs these common periodontal treatments without the need for sutures or stitches. The laser also seems to promote healing -- a win win win for periodontal treatments of all stripes.
At the time of treatment, we ask that patients be prepared to cover all out of pocket costs associated with their treatment. We take payment in cash, check, or credit. If you need additional assistance to fit the cost of treatment into your budget, you might want to consider CareCredit. This third party financier offers low and no interest lines of credit for qualified patients. This financier works exclusively with dentists and other medical care providers.

Clean up to date facility. Professional friendly staff. Erin (hygienist) was kind and very thorough! Dr Greder was also very thorough and answered questions. No rushing you about the door.... very personable! Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

I highly recommend Greder Dental! Dr Greder is great at his profession. Sensitive to my feels and very personable. Jen is fantastic too! They keep track of what's going on with you and your life/family providing a truly "family esque" atmosphere. Love them!

My favorite dentist office I've ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a patient! Both Dr. Greders are so kind and so knowledgeable. This is where I plan to go for all of my dental needs!

I would give zero stars if possible. I went in to have my teeth cleaned. They took many many x-rays and then told me that I would have to have the "deep cleaning". They checked my insurance and told me that my insurance didn't cover it so I told him I just wanted to have a regular cleaning. They refused to do it. So now they have used up my annual dental benefit for a cleaning by taking a bunch of x-rays and I still don't have my teeth cleaned and can't go anywhere else because I used up my benefit. I feel this is a scam for them to collect a bunch of insurance money for x-rays and not do any actual work to Patient teeth. Completely unsatisfied and do not recommend them to anyone.

From the time I enter the office until I leave, everyone is exceptionally friendly and shows great concern for my safety and comfort. I've been a patient of Dr. Greder's for a ton of years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Excellent job. Pricing explained up front. Dr Geder and his staff were excellen. My tooth issue taken care of. The only thing I would say is to put a patient forms tab on your home page.

This was my first time here and my first visit to the dentist in YEARS. They were so kind and stopped to let me know everything that was happening. Explained everything in simple terms & made me laugh a lot as well. I left with a bright smile & as a happy customer!!

Dentist and hygienists were great. While the receptionist was kind and welcoming, she didn't wear a mask for the majority of my visit, and only when I asked her to clarify their mask policy and threatened to leave did she cover her mouth (not her nose). It didn't exactly instill a sense of trust in my providers. I will be finding a new office.

This was my first implant experience. The base was installed today very efficiently. It is now 11 hours later and no adverse effects whatsoever.
