There's nothing but trailer trash receptionist that work at the front desk rude rude rude lied to me ask to speak to a manager about their receptionist the receptionist put her co worker on the phone and didn't transfer me to their boss. The lady with glasses black hair trash trash trash. I want that office reported for their rudeness and not transferring me to their boss like I asked

Although the doctor was very kind. The office really lacked communication. Had a wisdom tooth taken out, behind it was a cyst they wanted to send for testing. The biopsy was considered a medical Procedure and they failed to mention that they did not take my Medical Insurance of Connecticare. They sent me a bill for nearly $1,000. Really unprofessional. Be sure to find out all billing details before any procedures.

Dr. Ferneini was incredible! The entire staff was to be honest. I went in last minute for wisdom tooth even though they were out of network for my insurance. They had a cancellation and took me right away. He worked with me and took the tooth out within 30 minutes! Great experience

Receptionists are impossible to get a hold of and rarely call back, not to mention if you manage to get them on the phone they're extremely rude and unprofessional. God forbid you have a pressing issue- they're booked out and only book surgery once a month. Sent us back and forth and wasted two months. Save yourself the time and stress & go somewhere else!

My experience was awful. The billing person came into the room screaming that I had to pay them before anything would be done. I needed a BIOPSY of my tongue and had Medicare as well as additional insurance and I had called Medicare before going and was assured that this doctor took Medicare. I had to give them my credit card and they processed it but they also got paid by Medicare and I'm still waiting for a refund. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Met with staff and Dr. Hillgen today to have a fractured molar removed. This office took care of me with very short notice and treated me warmly, with care and patience. From the front desk receptionists, to Kristen-assistant, to Dr. Hillgen, it was a very good experience. I was very nervous and had no idea how the extraction process would go, it went exceedingly well. I would recommend this practice, Doctor and staff.

Trying to make an appointment and they said they would call back on recording that was almost 5 hours ago and they are closed . I can only b glad it wasn't an emergency .

Incredible office, staff, and Doctor. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience today with Dr. Ferneini! I had to go in for an impacted wisdom tooth and obviously I was anxious and a little nervous about the procedure. The warmness of the staff and jovial personalities of the doctor and his associates put me at ease and before I knew it my wisdom tooth had been removed and I actually enjoyed the procedure & experience! Cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful doctor in his incredible staff and practice! Thank You so much!!

I'm a huge baby, when it comes to dental work. I was treated with kindness and concern. I didn't feel judged or talked down to. Every single person in the office was so considerate! It made my experience so much better than any other I've ever had!! Even with having 2 teeth pulled.
