Dr. Jenny Chung grew up in Brooklyn and has been a New Yorker for most of her life. After graduating from Brooklyn Technical High School, Dr. Chung pursued her undergraduate studies at Hunter College, completing the Honors Program and graduating Magna Cum Laude. She continued her education in dentistry at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and earned her D.D.S. degree. She then completed a postdoctoral specialty residency at Columbia University and graduated with M.S. in Orthodontics. During her years at Columbia, Dr. Chung received several awards for her research and dedication to patient care.
Dr. Chung is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an honor earned by less than a third of practicing orthodontists. This status is achieved only after successful completion of a clinical examination, after attaining a board eligible status. Dr. Chung is also a published author in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, the official publication of the American Association of Orthodontists. In her article, she discusses the complex interdisciplinary treatment that was necessary for a patient with Treacher Collins Syndrome. Great experience. I was very happy with Dr. Chung's work and she was very helpful with answering my questions throughout the entire process. Her two office assistants were also a joy to interact with. Definitely recommend.

My experience was amazing and I really enjoyed it! All the staff are so kind which made each visit so much more wonderful and comfortable! My teeth are so nice now and thank you for everything!

Big day today - my daughters braces are finally off! We will miss our monthly visits at greater smiles - this office is kind and caring and so well organized! We are always taken on time and even when returning after Covid shutdown we feel so safe! We met Dr Chung when one of our older kids was finishing his treatment and she has taken care of our youngest daughter's treatment. She is so caring when working with the adolescent patients and seems to understand them so well. She also was great with explaining treatment plans with parents. In addition the office staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Choosing an orthodontist is a big step and you should find a place where you will be comfortable visiting each month. I would highly recommend Greater Smiles!

Had braces for the past 2 years or so , and May I say they are very nice people , they attend you in a very well manner and they also explain to you everything you need to know , I've had a very good experience with them and thank them for my smile !

From the moment I stepped foot in the office, I was treated with nothing but kindness, confidence and reassurance. Extremely organized, never missed an appointment and when needed was able to change at a moments phone call. I highly recommend listening to everything you are told and be patient. The results are worth waiting for !!! Couldn't have been more happier

My personal experience here was so wonderful. I felt very welcomed everytime I had an appointment. What I like the most is how well they are working during this pandemic. They always checked my temperature when I walked in. This place is very clean and made me feel safe.
