Robert Mogyoros DMD is a native of Denver, CO. He came to Philadelphia to attend the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League school. After receiving his BA, he was admitted to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he graduated near the top of his class. He was then admitted to a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he was elected chief resident in his final year. He then was accepted to a prestigious Implant Surgical fellowship (only one fellow a year is accepted) at the Colorado Institute for Bioengineering.
During his fellowship, he completed over 2,000 dental implant and bone grafting procedures under the tutelage of Dr. Ole Jensen one of the finest implant surgeons in the world. There, he also did some original research in the area of bone regeneration and grafting. This work has been published in professional journals and textbooks. Robert Mogyoros DMD is a frequent lecturer on topics relating to bone grafting and implants. His lectures have been as close to home as down the block to as far away as Israel!
Dr. Mogyoros shares his knowledge with the future of dentistry at his alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as an assistant clinical professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery. In his spare time he volunteers in the local community as a basketball coach and choir director.

Dr. Mogyoros with his expert knowledge, best expertise in the area, and wonderful care provided me with the implant services that changed my life. My case was very severe with many teeth missing and only little bone left and after numerous estimates by other specialists who were not confident they could help me, I found the right person in Dr Mogyoros to help me. Thanks to him and Dr. Moore I have now a mouth full of teeth with added bone and I can again enjoy foods and have a best quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Mogyoros (for implant surgeries & added bone) and Dr. Moore in King of Prussia (for implant crowns). I will be returning in the future. I cannot thank both Doctors and their office staff enough. Best specialists that I have ever met.

I was petrified of getting my wisdom teeth taken out, and Dr. Mogyoros did an amazing job. I told him to read all of his 5 star reviews, so I hope that he does, because they put my mind at ease! He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth, 2 were impacted. I have minimal swelling, no pain, didn't have to take any strong medication, and was back to normal the next day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The best oral surgeon in the state. I had my wisdom tooth removed at the age of 35. They were very friendly and nice. And the doctor removed my wisdom tooth in 10 second without any pain. Very competent and professional, well experienced doctors.

I had a very bad toothache and infection for 3 to 4 days and a lot of pain. I also work for dental office they referred me to Dr Mogyoris and the staff took very good care of me. Even though I was scared to death. Thank you all for your kindness Kimberly Hannan

Today I needed an emergency extraction of a broken and infected molar. Dr Courtney was my oral surgeon and he had the tooth out and gauze in before I was completely numb. The pain was so low I couldn't believe it, I could have read a book during the procedure it was that good, incredibly good experience I'd recommend to ANYONE.

Wow I'm so happy and special I feel about this Dr and staff phenomenal customer service and awesome team work and most importantly clean place. But most importantly to me is the honest and loyal and respect for their work ethic. Few months ago I went to this dental office Roxborough and not the staff but the Owner that has more than office he lie and said that I needed more than one root canal and I got one done and pull out a tooth that I didn't had too. So they are liars and Thief. Came to Dr Keyser and I didn't had to do all those things this dr was honest and real. Much love and respect for you all

My daughter had to have oral surgery adding brackets to expose her adult teeth. Dr. Keyser and staff did a wonderful job of making her comfortable during the procedure. I'm very thankful to have had the experience with such a knowledgeable personable staff.

I was extremely nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled. However. Dr Keyser did an amazing job pulling the tooth with no problem. I had very little to no pain the next day. I would recommend him and the GPOS office to anyone needing this service. Thanks for a great experience
