If I could give a review with no stars I would. I have waited over a month for an appointment. I have had sever tooth pain. I get a call the day before my appointment telling me my insurance is no longer in network and they won't be seeing me. According to the receptionist they have know for 3 weeks. 3 weeks, and no courtesy call to let me know I will need to find someone else in network? Very unprofessional service. This place has been going down hill for months now and I have been tolerant my son had a cleaning scheduled and they called us twice to reschedule (Making his cleaning 4 months late) they stated this was because of staffing issues. If you need a reliable dentist office this is not the place!

If you don't have great insurance you will be cancelled on last minute and treated like you aernt a person-just a dollar amount. Several appointments were moved or cancelled by the office, the last one they never called back to reschedule nor did I. Only chose to go there out of convenience by the location but I'd rather drive farther to go someplace where I am treated like a person not a $ amount.

Both times I've had procedures done here, it's always great and he truly cares about you as a patient. All of the staff are extra caring as well, and accommodate to you. Would recommend to anyone. Had crowns done here, and a root canal and definitely would keep going because of the time and care.
