These people are thieves. We went for an evaluation and they tried to charge $200 for a 3D scan before the doctor even saw us. They then tried to charge an additional $200 above the plan fee schedule for a single root canal (non-molar) saying the tooth was calcified. This was never discussed as all teeth are calcified. I have reported them for insurance fraud to the insurance carrier. It's unfortunate they are taking advantage of people already hurting for money and insurance coverage. Buyer beware and go somewhere else.
