My daughter was being seen by another orthodontist. When it came time for my autistic son, who had a noticeable underbite, to receive orthodontic care, I thought her orthodontist would be a good fit since they had already met. But after that orthodontist sent us off to the oral surgeon and showed little interest in our concerns, my mommy instinct knew he was not the best person to treat my son.
I then contacted another place and asked to see a particular orthodontist. The front desk refused to schedule us with this orthodontist and stated all of our doctors are able to work with kids with special needs. Ok, I get it, but not everyone has compassion or patience towards kids with special needs. When I got news about him going to see an oral surgeon, I was in tears and called his primary dentist, who gave me Dr. Doshis number. I made that call and its the best thing I ever did. The team there is so caring and so easy to talk with. Dr. Doshi is an amazing orthodontist who works really well with my son. She has a very calming and caring attitude and he enjoys seeing her. I never feel like we are just a number and being rushed out of there. My son is receiving excellent dental care and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. I would like to thank Dr. Doshi and her team for welcoming us into her care and also making us not feel different. You and your team do an excellent job! Thank you so very much!

Dr. Doshi and the ENTIRE staff are absolutely wonderful! They are extremely kind and professional. Would give 10 stars if I could!

When I suddenly had an orthodontic problem after 20+ years since my last need for one, I immediately began asking around for recommendations. Coworkers sent me no farther than Dr. Doshi and Greater Madison Orthodontics. I received a next-day appointment for an evaluation of my problem and an appointment the next week for the fix. The entire staff welcomed me and my kiddos (I didn't have child care that day but no problem! The staff at Greater Madison Orthodontics were so accommodating!) and I was in the chair immediately. Dr. Doshi assessed the issue, laid out a complete and thorough treatment plan and discussed other issues she noted that we could choose to address if desired. Dr Doshi communicates clearly, actively seeks your input into the treatment plan and could not be any nicer. The team she surrounds herself with reflects the same values, making Greater Madison Orthodontics the easy choice should you find yourself needing an orthodontist like I did.

What a wonderful experience. My son was very worried about getting braces. Dr. Doshi and her staff were so kind and caring with my son. They really took their time and walked him through the process. Dr. Doshi listened to our concerns and difficulties we had and worked with us to find solutions that would work for our son. I am so satisfied with how Dr. Doshi and her staff treated us, I would highly recommend them!!!
