Dr. Sivori was born and raised in Louisville. He graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1997 and then completed his college training at Centre College, in Danville, KY, where he received a B.S. in biology in 2001. After taking some time away from formal education to work in the family business, Dr. Sivori enrolled at the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in 2003 and completed his dental degree in 2007. He went onto University of Kentucky to further his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. While there, he received his medical degree in 2011 and completed his surgical training in 2013.
Dr. Sivori is a member of several professional organizations including American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, American Medical Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Kentucky Medical Association, Academy of Osseointegration, the Louisville Dental Society, and Kentucky Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
His professional interests include wisdom teeth removal, implants, orthognathic surgery and facial cosmetic surgery. While away from the practice, Dr. Sivori enjoys spending his personal time with his wife and their three children,playing golf, horse racing and watching sports.

My son Daniel had his wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr Sivori at the Shively location on October 26th 2022. What a great experience we had from the checkin, nurses and Dr Sivori himself. Very clean environment! Very detailed instructions to follow after surgery. (Awesome). I would highly recommend Dr Sivori office!! Dr Sivori office called x3 to check on my son, it literally shows they care..

I needed an emergent tooth extraction due to a tooth fracture. They got me in the very next day first thing in the morning. Cassidy in the front office was kind, and efficient in getting me scheduled. Lisa, the assistant was wonderful and settled my nerves. I was not an easy patient! but Dr. Sivori and the entire staff where responsive and caring and gave me the time I needed to recover from the procedure. I am tolerating post-op on Tylenol only! They now have my full trust, and I will be following up with them for my implant (s). I can 100% recommend this staff to anyone who suffers from "dental anxiety". The skill and care are top notch.

For the work done which was alot. This is a place I would recommend to anyone needing extractions of multiple teeth. Very professional and minimal pain. Thumbs up all around.

I had 4 wisdom teeth and an extra molar removed by Dr. Pape yesterday and I would 100% recommended this practice to anyone needing dental work done. Before and after the surgery they called to make sure any concerns I had were taken care of. Also, the surgery and recovery itself went seamlessly because of how great of a job they did. I was definitely nervous going into this because I've had some traumatic dental surgery experiences but I'm so happy I was referred to this practice because this experience couldn't of been any better!

Very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Sivori is absolutely wonderful, and his assistant. They took time to answer questions, made me feel comfortable. Had two teeth extraction, didn't feel a thing. Didn't realize Dr. Sivori were finished. I said to him, "Wow." He is great. Everything were explained in detail for post opt. Very pleased

Mona is an absolutely wonderful assistant to Dr. Sivori. She is so friendly and caring. Dr. Sivori called me later that evening to check on me. I was very pleased with how well he explained my upcoming procedure to me.

It's been almost 18 months since I had my wisdom teeth removed. They struck a nerve in my face and I lost feeling in my bottom lip and chin and it never returned. The office told me multiple times they could not do anything before 12 months and to call back at the year mark and we would further evaluate. I called and left over 10 messages and my calls were never answered/returned. Absolutely horrible experience.

Dr Pape and Mona were amazing! He did a good job pulling the tooth and she made you feel like you had a friend with you. My experience could not have been better! Also big thanks to Ryan who helped with getting me the appointment.

Dr. Pape and his entire staff at the Breckenridge location are just wonderful. Dr. Pape always takes the time to answer all of my questions and is very patient and kind. The staff is always friendly and caring. I have seen him twice now and had implant surgery today. I would highly recommend Dr. Pape.

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated by all concerned. The staff was amazingly friendly, professional, courteous and, above all, very helpful. Everyone, including Doctor Sivori, took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions, to offer advice, and to do the best they could to help me plan a course of treatment. Very impressive

I had all ( about 15) my teeth cut out here. At the same time! and i dont remember any of it! I didn't feel a thing and the recovery was good but i had disovable stitches. So i think that helped recovery
