Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced at a dental practice. Honestly the warmest environment I've been to at a business in a long time. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and I would like to personally thank Dr. Backer for professionalism and making me feel extremely comfortable during an uncomfortable procedure. Will never go to another place and I've told my whole family about the staff here. We need more of this!

5 stars to the one and only Tatiana. The best hygienist in the office. Used to hate my smile but after seeing her I started smiling with my teeth. Not only does she do an excellent job she is also very personable and makes you feel comfortable.

I have been going to Greater Long Island Dental for 35 years and I'm very pleased with the care they provide. My hygienist, Danielle, is meticulous, thorough, and personable. Dr. Geraci is very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I've been a patient for many years and every visit is better than the last. The staff are so caring and attentive to the smallest details of my care. Dr Backer is so knowledgeable and her genuine concern is evident. She makes every patient feel they are her only concern. Today I was seen by Danielle the hygienist. Her explanations were so helpful in keeping me relaxed throughout the visit. She was gentle but thorough in cleaning my teeth. I cannot say enough nice things about the entire practice.
