We are super pleased with the service we received from this office. The staff is amazing and very knowledge from the front office to the back. We had an emergency over the weekend and Kerri was able to get my daughter taken care of. She was extremely helpful and patience with us. We highly recommend Greater Houston Oral and facial surgeons.

What a horrible experience we had today. Rude and tardy staff. My friend appointment was at 1:30 and still did not see her when 10 or more people went infront off her. 2 hours waiting in the lobby to be seen and nothing. Not a friendly place to go.

This office is an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend anyone going there ever!! They constantly change their story every time you call and change their processes, they can't figure out how to bill insurance or do a referral to save their life. Even if you can manage an appointment time this side of eternity it will be HELL the entire time you are dealing with them! Trust me! Find anywhere else to go!!!!

I was very nervous to go in but they ended up taking all 4 wisdom teeth out in the beginning of last month. Right now im back to normal and it only took me like 4-5 days to recover. I was scared to chew with my back teeth at first so I chewed with my front teeth for I while, but then slowly started getting comfortable using my back teeth again. One thing I did before my surgery because I saw it helped was drink 64oz of pineapple juice. And for me there was no hurting at all and its weird, but my cheeks did get swollen. The only thing I did not like about my visit was that they didn't call afterwards to check on me and they should explain what to do and what not to do before your surgery. They explain that only to the person getting you after surgery. Overall good experience.

The is the absolute worst unprofessional place you could go. My daughter's molars were removed and she had to go back again because they messed up. To follow-up, my daughter had a fever and we had to reschedule. Carry was extremely rude and wanted me to bring my daughter in sick over rescheduling and when I disagreed she charged a $250 rescheduling fee. They don't care how they operate or care for patients. May God

My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed on 12/9/2020. She developed an infection and had to go back in for debridment. We were told by the office manager/Nurse Kerri that my daughter would be sedated so that she would be comfortable & not to let her eat or drink after midnight the night before the procedure. Dr. RAVI decided not to sedate her and instead torture my child. She came out uncontrollably crying & in pain. She stated she was crying through the procedure and that she had told Dr.RAVI multiple times he was hurting her when he was digging and scraping in her face. What type of doctor does this??? It is PARAMOUNT to ensure dental patients are comfortable and not suffering during procedures. Not to mention, now I am questioning their hygiene and why my daughter ended up with an infection after seeing another review about the same thing. I will be reporting his cruel treatment to the medical board and pray no others suffer at his hands. My daughter had tyleon 3 and ibuprofen left over from the original surgery and took it but even that combo could not get her pain level under control the entire day after what Dr. RAVI did to her. He should have sedated her as we were told, there was NO excuse to put my daughter through SUCH PAIN! NONE. Very heart breaking as a parent to see your child treated with such cruelty.

I got 3 teeth pulled & this was my first time getting major work done. My appointment was at 8am & I was in the car by 8:50. I also had iv sedation so I was out like a light & didn't feel a thing. They were very nice & quick & did an awesome job! I have 3 more teeth to go & after this quick painless procedure I don't feel nervous for the next procedure. Thanks you guys!!
