I've been going to Greater Falls Dentistry for several years now and the entire staff has been amazing. Dr. Mozaffari and Dr. Santiago have both worked on my teeth and I am thrilled with the results. I have sent several friends to their office, two of whom have fear of dentists from traumatic experiences elsewhere. Both have stated they have overcome their fear after treatment from the team at Greater Falls Dentistry. Five stars!

A Wonderful Husband and Wife Family Dental Practice. Drs Jon Mozaffari and Catherine Santiago provide excellent dental care and treatment for the entire family. They will leave you smiling after every visit !

They could not be mor friendly. Their first concern is the patient's comfort . Friendly from check in through.entire procedure, from a cleaning to an implant. Highly recommend!!

15-20 years ago I had 6 of my front teeth covered with bonding (by a different dentist) to cover up tetracycline stains. My dentist at the time thought that I was too tough on my teeth (mostly grinding) for veneers to stay on so i went with bonding. After all these years later the bonding was becoming more and more permanently/constantly stained. So I went to Dr. M to reconsider veneers and he agreed, crowns were my only and best option. So we did 6 crowns all at once (two sittings) and he did a fantastic job. At one point my crowns came in from the lab and he was not satisfied with the work and sent them back. The final product is excellent and worth the wait. He really works to ensure that his patients are very satisfied with what he delivers. If I needed more work of this type I would travel to Greater Falls...

I had never used this Dentist office before, I called because I had an abscess and was in a lot of pain. I assumed I would be lucky to get an appointment and if I did I would just get antibiotics and a later appointment. To my surprise they got me right in, and extracted the tooth the same day. Everyone was very thorough and described the procedures and options, plus it was almost completely pain free. Due to passed experiences I've had going to the dentist is very difficult for me, but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had a dentist appointment.

This is the best place to go to get crowns or veneers. I came in wanting 10 crowns to fix the appearance of my upper teeth, but Dr. Mozaffari convinced me that I only needed 6 and could whiten the rest of my teeth to match. It is rare to find a dentist who will do what they think is best for the customer, even if it means they make less money. My original dentist was going to try to charge me almost 3 times what greater falls did! I had to call more than 10 cosmetic dentists before finding this place and I'm so glad I did. The crowns are exactly what I wanted and more affordable than anywhere else.

Went there today for the very first time. Had agonizing toothache and needed root canal. Was expecting to have it done with another appointment. To my great surprise, it was done during today's visit. Dr Mozaffari did amazing job! Very proffessional, kind and gentle. The office staff is pleasure to deal with too! Highly recomended dental service! Very pleased, and big THANK YOU!

Often people reading the reviews assume the 5 star ones are not real (that they have been done by a relative or a friend). This 5 star comes from someone who had a very early, very painful experience with a dentist and has never liked going to the dentist since. Dr. Santiago changed all of that for me. She and her staff are 100% professional. They were willing to listen to my past experiences with dentists and they were gentle and kind and respectful. Plus they do amazing work. My mouth and teeth have not been in such great shape for years. So if you have any concerns (or you just want a top notch dentist and her team) about going to the dentist you can be assured your experience at Greater Falls Family Dentistry will be different in all the most positive ways.

First appointment was scheduled at 8:45, I showed up early and waited in their office. I had a first time visit exam, a cleaning and xrays scheduled. I filled out the paperwork they gave me and they led me into the actual cleaning place, there I waited for about half an hour before someone came in. They told me they couldn't do everything today even though I had specifically asked for everything to get done in one day when I made the appointment. I ended up not getting anything done and they charged me $78.66 for leading me into their dental office and having me wait. Not a great experience. Thought this would be a good place after reading the reviews, guess I was wrong.
