Outside of work, Sequoyah is a huge Boston Bruins & Patriots fan. She even has Bruins season tickets! In her free time, Sequoyah loves to snowboard, go to sports games, travel to Cape Cod, cooking and reading.

Erika is a Massachusetts girl; born in Dorchester on May 10, 1986 and has lived in Brockton since birth. Before finding her way to the dental profession, Erika was a manager at Mens Warehouse for 8 whole years. She then went back to school to become a dental assistant while also bartending (what a multi-tasker!) which she still does on weekends. She then began working at the office she did her internship at however, knew she wanted to eventually work in pediatrics. Thankfully, she then found her way to our office!

Since age 3, dancing has been a huge part of Erikas life. She taught dance and gymnastics in high school as well as participated in school musicals and as a half time dancer at Brockton High. At age 24, Erika gave birth to her best friend, Gabrielle, who is now 7 years old. Like mother like daughter, Gabrielle is also a competitive dancer following in her mothers great footsteps. Additionally, Erika is probably one of the biggest Boston sports fans you will meet. She is always repping her jerseys on important game days around the office for good luck! Alongside sports, Erika is VERY enthusiastic when it comes to holidays and can always be spotted decorating the office and dressing up herself and the other staff members on special occasions.

Ashley has lived in the Greater Boston area her entire life, growing up in Quincy and now residing in Weymouth. In 2007, she graduated from Healthcare Training Associates and continued to work as a dental asisstant in a multi-specialty practice for 9 years. Prior to joining our team in 2016, she and her family were patients here at Greater Boston Smiles. Since being here, she has found much more joy and rewarding experiences in working with kids. She focuses on being able to ease patients minds (being a parent herself) and creating positive experiences to take the fear out and replace it with fun.

Outside of work, Ashley loves spending time with her son, Jaxson, who is almost 7 years old and loves coming to Greater Boston Smiles himself. Her hobbies include cooking (and always exploring healthier, cleaner options), beach trips in the summer, and supporting her son in his newfound interest of Taekwando!

An amazing clinic with the best kid-focused attitude I've seen! We initially got here for my child, who was so frighten of dentists that he would not open his mouth.. We are now taking all 3 kids all the way from Cambridge to this clinic, as they are doing a great job of making the kids relaxed and cooperative through cleaning and treatments!

My 7 years old child was referred by our dentist to be seen in this clinic. The receptionist- made us repeat and spell details 3 times - She than says let me ask my manager to take your information I said I'll bring the paperwork on the appointment date and provide you the referral letter, insurance cards etc However the clinic staff demanded that I have to spell out everything over the phone to be registered and the appointment is going to be consultation only - whereas I said in plain English that patient needs possibly a tooth extraction All in all - I had to put down the phone after wasting 25 min Please train your staff to improve their listening skills in English! Please have an online registration forms if it's important for you to have entire family medical history dictated on the phone for registering a referral appointment! Disappointed!

My 2yr old daughter had to have a surgical procedure that was very scary for her but they were so kind & so gentle with her. She left with a smile & that meant the world to me.

We absolutely love this office and staff!!! We tried another pediatric dentist in Quincy and it didn't feel comforting and our son definitely did not feel too shabby in there either. Once we walked into Dr. Shaughnessy's office we felt a big relief, as the staff and both doctors made us feel like we had nothing to worry about and took the time to explain things in detail, without feeling like they were just rushing us in and out. I would recommend this office to all parents who have toddlers and young children. They make it so easy for us moms and dads, especially the ones who have anxiety. Thank you Greater Boston Smiles! My sons teeth look AMAZING.

We called to schedule an appointment, were seen the next day, and had the consult and necessary procedure accomplished at the same time. Dr. Shaughnessy and his team were absolutely awesome!

Shared bad experience details in feedback but no reply. In last regular check up, doctor told to schedule appointment for sealing and told my insurance covers the cost. When I schedule and came they brought consent form for filling. When I told the we came for sealing, she checked with doctor and told both sealing and filling will be done and got two consent forms. When I ask them to show the teeth which need filling they failed to show me or give proper response. They took 75$ deductible and started procedure with laughing gas and my special needs kid not comfortable so they stopped in a minute and asked me to come back for early morning appointment to do procedure by making my kid to sleep. My issues are 1. To get more money from insurance they are doing unnecessary procedures. 2. If they told me about procedure details while booking appointment we might have directly went for early morning appointment.
