Dr. Jon A. Lookingbill is originally from Bethesda, Marylandand received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology fromFranklin & Marshall College in 1997. He received hisDoctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University ofMaryland Dental School in 2001.
Following dental school,Dr. Lookingbill completed a hospital based general practiceresidency program at the Baltimore VA Medical Center.He continues to expand his dental education by attendingmultiple local study groups and seminars and is an activemember in the American Dental Association and theMaryland State Dental Association.
In private practice, Dr. Lookingbill has developed interests inimplant placement and restoration, cosmetic dentistry, rootcanal therapy and oral surgery. He is committedto providing each patient with a caring, professional andpainless dental experience.

Absolutely amazing experience every visit, without incident! Awesome dentist, great hygenists, and a phenomenal receptionist. Nothing but 100% consideration from the staff and pure top notch professionalism every visit. (No I do not work there) 12/10 highly recommend.

Dr. Jon and his entire staff are excellent! Shannon is so welcoming and just wonderful! He is the best dentist I have ever had! He is kind, gentle and truly cares about his patients! He is very professional but not snobby; very down to earth and he explains everything. He has done extensive, extensive work for me; including four root canals!!!. I will never go anywhere else for my dental work!!!...I highly recommend him and his staff! Thank you all for making my dental experience great!!

I was terrified to go to the dentist for years. I found Dr. Lookingbill from suggestions on one of the Parkville FB group. I am glad I did. His staff is wonderful and he is amazing. He is constantly checking to make sure you are fine and not feeling any discomfort. He takes great pains to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I no longer dread going to a dentist appointment.

Dr Lookingbill and his staff are empathetic, warm and professional. I have insurance (somewhere else) but choose to pay out of pocket here because they treat me and my family so well. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have them in our neighborhood. They're the best!

5 stars, from someone who has high anxiety and low pain tolerance. Cared about the process and how I was feeling throughout every procedure and visit. Best staff around from top to bottom. HIGHLY recommended to give them a call next time you need a dentist.

Very friendly Dentist and staff who are great at what they do. Never had a long wait to be seen when I arrive. Fresh nice new office, but old outdated waiting room furniture needs to go.

Dr. Lookingbill is so friendly and takes great care of my entire family. I used to have a phobia of going to the dentist but not anymore! And his staff is amazing! I only go twice per year, but they all treat me like family. They remember me and what I am doing in life and all of them are so sweet. This is the best family dental practice that you'll find. Dr. Lookingbill is kind and gentle with my young daughter. All of the staff and dental assistants are friendly and amazing and the office is very clean. I've been going here for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!
