We love this orthodontist. The dentists and staff are always so kind and friendly. My three kids all got their braces here and they never minded coming in because the process was gentle, quick adjustment appointments and they were kept informed as to how the treatment was progressing. Overall a great experience for families that need to get braces for their kids :)

I got my molar removed by Dr William Rawlings when I was 8 years old. There was no apparent reason for this extraction, no overcrowding, tooth rot etc other than to make money from this extraction. This has caused my complimentary upper molar to "drop" at 25 years old. I am now looking at a $5,000 implant to replace that molar. Just a word of advice to parents, always have the dentist go through exactly the reason for procedures or you could be looking at an expensive replacement down the line. Thanks Dr Rawlings...

Hi Everyone! I would not encourage going to Great Smiles if you're looking out for your hard earned cash. Especially in the midst of a pandemic. I broke my permanent retainer which cost me $650 to replace (top and bottom) originally. It then popped off a single tooth about three months later, of which they charged me $175 for a 20 minute office visit and a re-glue. Now again 6 months later, the same tooth has popped off and they are requesting another $175. At my last appointment, I was told if anything happens within the year it would be of no charge. When I called the receptionist today she had no recollection of this and was again wanting to charge another $175 for a single tooth re-glue. Upon calling three other orthodontists in the area. They not only could get me in sooner but for $100 cheaper. Yes, three local orthodontists within ten minutes of Great Smiles will reattach your permanent retainer for much less.. and maybe they'll do a well enough job it wont keep popping off! Updates to come!

Our son, Taj, had 2 baby teeth pulled today to accomodate some orthodontic work. Dr. Crystal and her staff were awesome as always! She talked Taj (and the parents) through the entire process which lasted about 20 minutes. Our son said he didnt feel a thing. Both of our kids have been going to Great Smiles for a few years and it's always been a great experience for the kids. Thank you Dr Crystal and the entire staff.

Dr. Natalie Miller and Dr. Chris Hydo and the entire Great Smiles Team are amazing. I have had the privilege of working along side with them for over a decade (as a nearby pediatric dentist) and have seen the incredible results from my patients whom I have referred to them for their orthodontic care. I have only heard glowing reviews about their warmth, care, and detailed care. My oldest daughter has completed early interceptive treatment with Dr. Miller and we were able to avoid invasive surgery for a transpositioned tooth. She began at age 7. My youngest daughter just received her upper expander today with ease and no tears! She has had obstructive sleep apnea with subsequent removal of her tonsils and adenoids. She is still severely constricted in her upper maxilla and the upper expander will help to open up her airway after years of mouth breathing. I have known Dr. Miller for nearly 20 years since our studies at UCSF Dental, and she was one of the top students in her class and traveled internationally for her research. I respect both doctors tremendously and they practice from an evidence based medical approach combining the most progressive techniques and what is in the best interest of the patient. They do adults too, and I just finished my Invisalign :). I can not recommend Great Smiles enough for all my patients, my family, and my team members for their caring attitude, expertise and skill, and their entire office. We are so lucky to have them so close to our practice. Thank you Drs. Miller and Hydo!!
