Dr. Schuck enjoys treating patients at Great Smiles of Hicksville and has brought a revolutionary, patient-centered approach to Hicksville. He has been in private practice for 13 years. Dr. Schuck takes tremendous pride in cosmetic dentistry and treating families. He enjoys biking across Long Island and spending time with his family of Alyssa, and children Akiva, Hillel, and Meira.
Dr. Muhammad Raza grew up in New York. He went to Pakistan to complete his BDS from the University of Health Sciences. He then completed his DDS from NYU and a GPR program from Jamaica Hospital, Queens. At that point, he decided he wanted to pursue a career in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. He joined Columbia University to complete his Postdoctoral training, where in addition to the clinical experience he obtained his Masterss degree. Muhammad wants to stay up-to-date with evolving therapies and techniques as they relate to current practices. He has joined our team at Great Smiles of Hicksville. In addition, he will be joining as an attending at Jamaica Hospital, Queens. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
Jacquie is our veteran office manager. She has been at Great Smiles of Hicksville since 2000 and in the dental field since 1991. She is happily married to Artie and has 3 wonderful kids. She enjoys many days on the football and baseball field with her children. She likes cooking, traveling, and snowboarding.

Just left the office and had another great experience here. After having cavities filled and a root canal, my mouth is in top top shape once again! No cavities this time! Dr. Schuck is a caring and gentle dentist. He is great with my kids of varied ages and also myself. I recommend him for all your dental needs.

Dr. Schuck is a wonderful dentist. He is kind and gentle and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is also wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I recently had really bad tooth pain and the office was able to get me in the same day. After the procedure I had some very bad pain. I contacted Dr. Schuck's emergency after-hours number and he contacted me right away and send in medicine for my pain to the pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Schuck for all your general dental needs.

Dr Schuck and staff are the best!! I've started with them a few months ago when I had extreme tooth pain over a weekend. they got me in right away and took care of the issue then and there. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist which is why I haven't been to one in a very long time but dr shuck and staff were able to put me at ease, make me feel comfortable, and keep me calm. Dr Schuck is extremely considerate about your insurance and not having to do anything thats not necessary to avoid out of pocket expenses. Rachel is the best! she always goes above and beyond to help explain to me any billing or insurance issue. I have all the confidence in this office and will continue care here :)

DR Schuck is a professional doctor, hes very calm and gets to the point about your teeth. He does great cleaning on the teeth. He did the cleaning on my teeth and a check up, which was out of pocket. i will say the people that work there are friendly too.

The problem with this dentist, Moshe Schuck, is he is out to milk you for all your money. He will tell you this is an urgent need for specific procedures that just so happen to not be covered by insurance. He inflates his prices and tries to get you when you're vulnerable. You will be sitting in the dentist's chair and will call in his salesperson to get you to do more treatment. He definitely puts making cash over the benefit of the patient. Very cold dentist and will try to bully you.

A while ago somebody on Nextdoor mentioned that their dentist was retiring - so was mine. Dr. Schuck was mentioned. Since he belonged to the same associations as my retiring dentist I figured I would give it a try. Well I am so glad that I did. He and his associate Dr. Raza (who does implants) are fantastic. Unfortunately, I had a few emergencies. It was always come right in. Both Drs. and the entire staff are wonderful.

I highly Recommend Dr. Schuck and Great Smiles of Hicksville as I can't say enough of how much Dr. Schuck and his staff are both caring and professional with regards to helping resolve my dental issues. Dr. Schuck and Dr. Raza were both kind and gentle during all my dental procedures and receptionist Sue is always extremely helpful with regards to all appointment and billing concerns. The whole staff helps to make dental services less stressful and I no longer dread going to the dentist. Thanks so much again to All !

I had major pain and was having a hard time finding a place that was open on Sunday, and also took my insurance. The woman on the phone here, told me yes we take dentaquest. So I drive 30 minutes and show up to the desk and she tells me instantly at the desk that they don't take dentaquest but that we can do the consult anyway(guess she didn't bother to let me know she made the mistake until I was already there. I wonder why). Decided the pain was too irritating so I caved and wasted my time and my money on an xray because the consult led to nothing unless I wanted to pay out of pocket for a root canal, at a different time with there specialist. Make sure if you call this place you speak very slowly, and double check the insurance.

A complete Maestro. Did not feel anything. Going to the Dentist can be scary.... I no longer have that fear. Fast and accurate!! Will recommend to anyone who has not gone to a Dentist in a long time like myself.

Dr Shuck was very honest and friendly about potential treatment for my severe tooth pain. He was transparent and informative, and while Insurance hiccups prohibited me from moving forward with his suggested remedy for now, I was impressed by his thoughtful approach, and would recommend him to others.

I broke a tooth at the very beginning of lockdown and I was nervous to see a dentist during a Pandemic, but Dr. Schuck made me very comfortable with my decision to finally go get it pulled. I called around 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon, I was in the chair by 3:30 that same afternoon. Very friendly staff, I will be returning for all my dental needs, and recommended family and friends who are looking for a Dentist. Thank you again.

I cracked a tooth and Dr. Schuck squeezed me in early Sunday morning into his busy schedule, which I greatly appreciated. He was efficient and told me what to expect next to help with being scared. He was gentle and confident. I'm so happy with the excellent service he provided. I would highly recommend him.
