Dr. Shukla earned her DDS from New York University College of Dentistry in 2008. Since then, she has attended numerous continuing education courses, in all aspects of general dentistry. She uses cutting edge dental technology in her practice including electronic charting, digital x-rays and intra-oral camera.
The American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommend that all children should have their first dental visit by the age of 1 year or within 6 months after the first tooth erupts.

Dr. Shukla and her staff are quality dental professionals. I am a patient with a life-long "dentist" phobia since traumatized as a child. When I visit this office, I am treated respectfully and with care should extra time be needed. The office runs efficiently; punctuality excellent!

When Dr. Maines, upon his retirement, referred us to Dr. Shukla, I was grateful but doubted that any other dentist could measure up to him. I have been very pleasantly surprised. My first visit was a general introduction and cleaning and it was clear from he start the Dr. Shukla and her staff would be a very good choice. I was treated with the utmost care by everyone; from the outside office to my hygienist (Donna) and Dr. Shukla. I am currently in the process of completion of a root canal/crown procedure. Once again, I'm impressed. The office runs very smoothly and comfortably. Dr. Shukla and her assistant, Lisa, once again took the time to perfectly size the crown and construct a temporary one. They work together in an impressively smooth and careful fashion like they have done the procedure a thousand times. My wife and I are in very good hand with Dr. Shulk and her staff as our dental professionals.

Dr. Shukla quickly diagnosed the reason why I was having tooth pain and fixated the problem in the same visit. I feel like everyone in the practice cares about my oral health. The best dentist I've ever had.

Just finished a cleaning and checkup. Was so happy to see Donna back to do my cleaning. She is the best! I really like Dr. Shukla. She has an amazing caring approach that I find unusual in a dentist. In the past she did amazing work on a crown and a filling that could have turned into a crown.
