Tried several times last summer to call and make an appointment for my daughters, who are current patients. Never could reach anyone left 10 messages. No one ever called me back Very poor service.. will be looking for a new dentists office who actually answers their phone

Dr. Grime is an outstanding dentist if you have issues in your mouth and teeth he is the dentist for you!

The hygienist, Ms Catherine, was very nice and funny. She took my mind off of my mouth Dr. Reeva was awesome and explained everything to me. She was nice and concerned. The receptionist, I didn't get her name, was very welcoming. I really would recommend this place to ANYONE who does not like a dental visit. They'll make you want to go. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Their all awesome.

I could write a lot but due to STRESS i only recommend them for Basic cleaning... nothing that requires explanations as I have been there 3x and each revisit was scheduling issue, then upon arrival New treatment other than last advised visit would be for, Ultimately not covered by my insurance....POOR COMMUNICATIONS seems like they just want to get you in the HOT SEAT...= more stress than SERVICE never again! May treat u better with private insurance "maybe"

Everyone was so nice. My first time there. I decided to let you do my dentures. Everyone was so pleasant. My dentist is GREAT SMILES DENTAL GROUP.. I'm happy to say!

I have not yet been to this office, but I can tell you how wonderful Dr. Grimes is. He has been my dentist since I was little. Yall are very lucky to have him and I will be looking into coming here and following him.

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Tom Grimes for several years now, he is a great dentist as well as a wonderful person. He is very caring and compassionate. We wouldn't go anywhere else. #dr.tomgrimesdds

Very friendly staff. Was well taken care and they did a wonderful job. It has been awhile since I've been to the dentist and I couldn't believe the job they did. Want to keep my smile great so i will be back in 6 months.

I think the overall outcome was fine but the process was a little sketchy. The doctor and the assistant did not appear to be very familiar with each other, or had not worked together very much. I had to go back in on two occasions after the work was supposed to have been completed to get my tooth smoothed down and polished. I was not impressed when the doc indicated he was finished and had not checked to see if my bite was corrected or was ready to send me on my way without my tooth being polished. The whole opetation was quite rough and not well coordinated. The inside of my jaw near my lip line was left abraised, for lack of a better word. They kept pinching thst part of my mouth sgainst their tools. Again, I was not impressed. Perhaps the overall outcome will satisfactory, however, the process has much to be desired.Thanks
