worst place ever they drilled three of my teeth for filling two out of 3 were no cavities and now i am in so much pain i went for a second option and they said that this is the worst filling job they have ever seen i can not explain how much pain i am in. they are rude and uncaring

My experience with Great Smiles Dental ? The worst I ever had !!!! I paid for a partial denture, they delivered a temporary one that I was not able to use, I went back, but according to them is nothing that they can do ! So I paid the full amount for a partial denture that I never got !!! On top of that they refused to refund the money of the denture that I didn't get !!!

Shantel the assistant there actually explained to me what the procedure was and joke with me to make me feel comfortable about having to shave my teeth down. Professional and all that this dentist hires the best I guess

This office has been such a blessing to me. I had extensive dental work that needed to be done and they made the process so comfortable. Mrs. Glenda, Chantel and Dr. M and the entire staff are amazing and I would recommend anyone to go to Greater Smiles.

Stay away from these scammer they will use every single benefit from your insurance plan just to get paid . Went in for my six month cleaning up week later dr Marcela told me I need a deep cleaning. I said I was there last week for a clean up she can't tell me why I need a deep clean up again. . Force me to get X-ray. Then refer me to another office just to give me the run around . Runnnnnn from this place . I will report to BBB.

I was referred to this dentist office and I must say it was an awesome experience. The staff is so kind and the office is so neat and clean. I'm glad to have found a new dentist. Staff is very informative.

I'm so happy to find the right place to care my teeth! Dr. Murcia is very professional, friendly and she takes her time to explain everything for me! Her staff is amazing, for sure I'm going to recommend this office to everyone!!

Wish I could give zero stars that's what it deserves. First appearance when you walk in dirty. The girl at the front desk has no experience on insurance and co-pays. Was told I had a co-pay of $100 called my insurance and I have no co-pays for anything. The dental staff from the hygienist and the dentist is all inexperienced. Horrible run while you can

The staff at the front desk are rude and refuse to provide additional assistance when you're asking questions in regards to billing. I had a simple question regarding my copay and the medical assistant at the front desk refused to answer it. She made me wait over 48 hours for another medical assistant to answer my questions only to answer ONE question two days later. That's It! So when I tried calling back to follow up I realized they had somehow blocked my number. I called from another phone and she answered but once she realized it was me she sent that number to voice mail as well. I'm very understanding and far from a nuisance so I really hope that the color of my skin didn't play a part in the way I was treated because that would be disgusting.

The worst place ever. I went here because they take my current insurance. I got a routine cleaning/X-rays and the dentist proceeded to tell me I have 8 cavities which I knew didn't sound right. She then told me that each cavity filled will be $30, which made me even more suspicious. I went to get two of the cavities filled that I thought could possibly need work and mid filling the dentist tells me I need a root canal and gives me an estimate of almost $2000. I had a hard time believing I had a cavity so bad it needed a root canal let alone 6 other cavities. I decided to go for a second opinion at my previous dentist that doesn't take my insurance. He told me I have 0 other cavities and that the tooth she told me needed a root canal didn't, it was just a deep cavity that could be filled. I'm so glad I went somewhere else or I would've spent $2000 and went through a lot of pain for no reason. This place is all about the money. I highly suggest finding another dentist.

Dr. Murcia, Jackie, Maria for cleaning & Glenda at the front were all so caring & supportive. I have major dental issues and anxiety going to the dentist. This team all made me feel 100% taken care of. I recommend this dental office and look forward to coming back. Kindness , support & caring go along way especially during this crazy time.

Extremely happy with this office! Dr. Murcia was awesome, the Front desk is super informative and helpful. office is spotless!!! it's have been very hard to find an office that takes Medicaid and treat people like you are an actual person!!!!! The fees are super affordable, I am extremely happy and excited to have found such a nice office!
