The appointment system and front desk is good but you go for treatment rather then just for these services. I had cavity in my lower left molar which needed to be filled and the reason for visit in Sep 2017. The real ordeal started with X-Ray tech cum nurse Michelle who made my 1st experience terrible by forcing intraoral Xray film, inside mouth bruising my palate and gums. I have small mouth and despite requesting to be gentle on application it went into deaf ear (its old / cheap X ray Technology but what can you do if you are in patient chair - you have to give up besides I saw 5 rating to center by few people). Next big ordeal was discovery of right side 1st molar semi cavity which too needed to be filled though I had no complaints. After paying the amount due, Dr James Sorrento who is visiting Dentist in absence of any other full time dentist, filled the cavities. To my horror even after a week of procedure I was not able to eat solid food. I went back to Clinic after 2-3 weeks to get my teeth examined and I was told Dr Sorrento is just visiting and I will need to show other available dentist - Dr Chris. The doctor after X - Ray retake suggested that the cavities might not have been filled nicely and I will need to get the procedure redone for both the teeth. I am terrified by the Doctors and their treatment and I do not want to go back to this center. Even after waiting for 3-5 months I can't eat solid food due to highly sensitive and painful molar teeth on upper and lower sides. Please consider If you have option go to better center with permanent good dentist or you will suffer your whole life like me. You can't get your original teeth back since they will dig bigger hole next time besides a vulture type of person will ensure you do not leave the center without getting your procedure done and paying heavy money before procedure. Do we have zero rating for doctors and their assistants who are left unnoticed to carry on malpractice???...

Had an emergency tooth extraction needed and i called around everywhere but no one could help. Was referred to Great Smiles by a family member & they took me in immediately! I've got to be honest, I didn't know what to expect walking in but man what a well oiled machine over there. Usually dentist offices can be so cumbersome but not this place. They were amazing to watch. So well organized, fast, proficient & very attentive. I'm glad I found this place. The office was tidy, clean & had a very comfortable vibe to it. I was in & out in no time but what stood out to me the most was how professional yet laid back the staff were. They took the time to explain every step, what to expect along the way & what should be done in the future. I was made to feel right at home & that was a first for me in a dental office. The receptionist Monique was super friendly & welcoming & in today's world that's rare. She did everything she could to make things easy & to ensure I felt right at home. This place is so lucky to have her cause I could tell she genuinely cares. The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt absolutely zero pain & that's always a plus. I loved this place! In fact, I've decided to make this my new dentist for my 6 year old son & myself. I look forward to returning & getting more quality work done by one of the best dentist offices I've ever been! Oh, and for the record, the dentist was absolutely beautiful & that never hurts!

I never liked the dentist but the staff in this place is very friendly, compassionate, and professional. They explained everything to me carefully and took many COVID precautions such as UV lights in all the rooms, patients receive gloves at the front desk, and they take patient temperatures and O2 levels.

The staff are is very welcoming and professional. Extremely clean office. Dr. Lee worked on my teeth she was very gentle and the results are great. I highly recommend this dental office if you want to get honest and professional dental care.

It was my first visit since during the COVID pandemic and I am very impressed by the level of attention and vigilance in the office. Thank you for your care! I am definitely coming back. They made me feel so comfortable and they were so sweet. The dentist place is beautiful and is kept very clean, which I appreciate. I also appreciate how helpful and caring they were with me and only wanting the best for my teeth! I definitely recommend this place.

first time in this office. the service at the front was totally cold and without enthusiasm. Someone was wearing gloves the whole time behind the receptionist. you shouldn't wear gloves. I didn't feel safe in the waiting area. and they could not get x-rays for my daughter because they didn't have adequate tools. poor service. Never bring my kids anymore. Also pay $140 for cleaning on 20 min

Awful dentist Dr Lee? Spelling? Had 2 fillings they bonded them and both my teeth were covered in bonding material, went back for a cleaning they only cleaned my 4 back teeth. WHAT??? I said something and said that's all they could do. Beware of this Dentist Office If I could give no stars I would
