Dr. Nguyen was wonderful. She is so knowledgeable, kind and funny! I am not someone who has any fear of the dentist but their office is super clean and very welcoming once you walk in, so hopefully that comforts anyone with anxiety. The staff is nice and I will definitely make Dr. Nguyen my regular dentist!

The Doctor and staff are very courteous and attentive to what we would like to do; the office is very spacious, clean and neat. The plan she has for my wife made lots of sense to me. Strongly recommend this office. This office just took me in as I had an emergency of a broken tooth, very painful when eating. The doctor extracted the tooth and had a wonderful plan to replace it. Very happy with this swift action by the office and doctor. I just had a dental implant, relatively painlessly and fast (within half an hour). The doctor's pre-op planning worked wonderfully. The first for me. Very impressed! In one occasion, I had a cap fallen off an implant post, the office put it back in free of charge. Also, the doctor told me if it falls off again, she will re-do it with a more permanent solution. I am very impressed with the office commitment to take care of my dental needs.

Dr. Nyugen is really thorough. I appreciate the way she allows you the time to describe what's going on, I didn't feel rushed. She explained things in a very understandable way and even showed examples. I like this, I feel like my dental care is a partnership verses the provider just telling me what I need to do. I highly recommend.

Place is very clean welcoming staff are wonderful. Great service I call same day she saw me at same day cause I was in a lot of pain that I call awesome service I will recommend everyone to go there if you looking for best dentist

I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. Dr. Nguyen and her colleagues are all so kind and competent. I have had cleanings and more involved dental work and have been so happy with them.

Great customer service from the beginning of the visit until the end. Dr. Nguyen is amazing. Her bedside manner is to be emulated in healthcare. The ancillary staff at this office is amazing too. My entire family is cared for by Dr. Nguyen. Great Smiles Dental Care is definitely a gem in Gaithersburg.

The Dr. is inclusive and took the time to explain why certain daily procedures are necessary. Got my cleaning done and she is quite thorough with her work. Asked if I had more questions and answered them patiently. The clinic is immaculate and comfortable. Will revisit.

Cannot say enough good about Dr. Nguyen. I am unquestionably one of her most difficult patients. In addition to having severe anxiety about dental work of any kind, I also have terrible teeth. Despite my tears and fears, she patiently works through all of my dental issues with the utmost compassion. I've had many many procedures and all have been handled perfectly and professionally. She had referred out when necessary and she always cares enough to follow up. Very grateful

Great Smiles is a great place to go for adults and kids alike! Dr. Nguyen is amazing! She is very personable, knowledgeable, likeable, and her work speaks for itself. I have only been going to her for a month, and she's already taken great care of my kids and me. My mouth is numb or I'd smile and show you-that's how good she is-I am putting this review out minutes after I left her office. If you are looking for a good dentist--you've overachieved. She's an amazing dentist, and you're in luck.

I have no complaints about Great Smiles. Dr. Heather Nguyen and her staff are always friendly and I'm in and out in good time. I went recently and felt safe. No other patients in the office, lots of PPE worn by staff, in and out in twenty minutes. There's also a very peaceful and relaxing view out the window where the dental work is done, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

Best dentist I've ever had. This small office does it all, incredibly professionally, and incredibly quickly. I had two upper wisdom teeth removed, and I was in-and-out in 35 minutes and went right back to work without any pain medication. I can't recommend Great Smiles and Dr. Nguyen enough!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's for 11 years. Dr. Nguyen is very personable with a great sense of humor and she makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. As a 72 year old, I feel confident that she will insure I have healthy teeth and gums for many, many more years. I can't ask for more than that. I am very comfortable recommending Dr. Nguyen to family and friends.
