I am someone who has been scared to death of going to the dentist. I'm also embarrassed about my fear of the dentist. These guys treated me so well and completely understood. The hardest part was getting into my car and driving there. They made it an incredible experience. Making sure I was good and comfortable. This is my dentist office for life! This office is a game changer for people like me.

I have been a patient of Dr Choi's for over 5 years, so this review is long overdue. Dr Choi, and his staff, are professional and welcoming at each visit. Dr Choi is not only extremely talented at his craft, but goes out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule. I just left his office after a cosmetic fix to a veneer I chipped yesterday and it looks perfect! He just saved me $1,800 dollars for a new veneer! There is not enough amazing things that I could say about him and the staff at Great Smile Dentistry!

I have been going to this office for years. I called to reschedule an appt for safety precautions and was offered an appt more than two months from the date. Elizabeth didn't even try to assist me further. I'll be going elsewhere where my business is appreciated and staff isn't rude. Dr Choi is nice. The rest of the staff, not so much.

I hadn't been to a dentist for 3.5 years, no good excuses. I started having a tooth ache so went to Great Smile Family Dentistry. The staff their was very friendly and Dr. Choi was very professional and took care of my problem. I highly recommend Great Smile.

I went in today with an infected impacted wisdom tooth. I have ulcers and it was very painful. I called several places before calling Great Smile, and no one would see me for a month. The receptionist, Elizabeth was so compassionate and had such a positive energy. I loved it. saw me same day and pulled the tooth. EUGENE is incredible. Fastest extraction of my life. Absolutely NO PAIN either. KAT, his assistant, was very sweet. They made this already terrifying experience sooooo much better. I will be reccomending them to EVERYONE. I've seen a lot of dentists in my time, and they are by far the best!

I have an intense fear of medical procedures in general, but dentistry is magnified tenfold. I hadn't been to the dentist in probably 10 years, but intense tooth pain drove me to finally get help. This place is AWESOME. All the staff are very professional and incredibly kind. I had to have deep cleaning and a tooth extraction, but I never felt uncomfortable or in pain. They followed up after every appointment to check on me. If anyone has any doubts or fears, please go here!

I have had extensive dental work by Dr. Choi. He listened to my ideas and what I wanted. We talked about a plan. He was very caring, gentle and professional. I had several extractions and dentures. I have always had a great fear of dental pain. I have worked in the field my self for 10 years. I know the difference with subtle techniques dentists can use to help ease the pain, calm the patient and make the experience better. Dr Choi can do all of this. I have had my dentures now for 6 months and have not had any troubles with them. They are an excellent fit. Dr. Choi and his staff have given me my confident smile back. A huge Thank you to he and his team. I recommend him highly -affordable, friendly, professional and just brilliant.

I truly enjoy Dr. Choi's professionalism as well as his staff's professionalism. They are all kind, caring individuals. Perhaps a misunderstanding on my part but on my last visit for a super small filling in a front tooth that took 16 minutes I was charged $292. During my prior visit I thought I was told the charge would be $187, which is the reason I made the follow up appointment. I'm not complaining but would not have made the follow up appointment had I known it was nearly $300 for 16 minutes of treatment. I'm smarter now and next time will ask for a written cost for work being performed. Respectfully, Eric

The staff at Great Smile are always friendly and accommodating in every way to meet the needs of the patient. Dr. Choi is very attentive and thorough in the work done in his office. Surprisingly, I look forward to going to the dentist at this office.
