We know this is an emotional experience as well, so weve come prepared to make the journey smooth, informative, positive, and fun! We know how important this is to you, so we want you to understand that youve got an entire team behind you, every step of the way.

I am passionate about ensuring a comfortable and fun orthodontic experience while creating beautiful and confident smiles to last a lifetime! I first became interested in the orthodontic profession after getting braces as a teenager. The smile transformation my orthodontist gave me inspired me to eventually pursue the education and expertise necessary to deliver such a life-changing gift to others.

Orthodontics has allowed me to have a more direct, profound impact on peoples lives which is one of the reasons I find this profession so rewarding. Staying at the forefront of the rapid advances in this industry is particularly important to me in order to provide the best and most advanced care available with both braces and Invisalignclear aligners. Im proud to be a trusted, local provider of quality orthodontic care and specialized orthodontic treatments in La Crosse and the greater Coulee region.

Originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota, I grew up competing in gymnastics which turned into a 5 year career as an NCAA gymnast for Southeast Missouri State University. Although I am very much retired from my gymnastics career, I sometimes show off my skills at the office with my fellow gymnast patients! In my free time outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Steven, doing all sorts of adventurous activities such as rock climbing, barefoot waterskiing, and hiking.

I had my Exam for braces today and it went great! Staff welcomed me as soon as I stepped in the door. Alyssa took me back to get X rays/photos done. She explained exactly what she was doing and what they were going to be used for. Jamie then got me ready to be seen by the Doctor and went over financials. She was upbeat and very kind! Dr Lin finally came and went over many options with how I want my teeth to look and what option I would like to use to correct them! (braces, ceramic, Invisalign) I CANT WAIT TO START MY TREATMENT!

My son is currently in treatment ** We paid almost $5,000 up front when he started treatment last fall** They sent the remaining $1500 through my insurance which didn't cover it. The determination from my insurance just came back 2 months ago...I made a $200 payment last month at his visit Today upon dropping him off for his appt. (I had another appt to go to) I got a call from my 15yr old son saying they wouldn't see him because they needed another payment or auto pay. 1. Why are they discussing my finances with my minor child?! 2. How embarrassing for him 3. I had to step out of my other appt to call and give them my card info over the phone 4. Why didn't they call me before his appt?! I mean it's not like I owe them a large amount of money or haven't been good about paying. Not happy with them and wishing we would have went elsewhere Would not recommend

Our experience started out really good, but as the practice grew we felt like the patient care dropped and we didn't get that quaint feel anymore. It became very difficult to get an appointment and rarely did an assistant or the orthodontist follow up with me after my son's appointments. In my opinion, the practice has grown too big.

I don't ever leave reviews... but I have to. This place is AMAZING. they fit you in so well, and are the kindest facility around. LOVED my experience. I am starting my Invisalign journey. Can't wait to return.

Thank you for the great company and care that I have recieved from the staff at Great River! I love that they have multiple locations to meet the needs of the community. I drive 45 min out of my way when I need ortho assistance and that's the nearest location. Thats how much I trust them over other ortho companies. Great River has helped me through 2 years of braces for a prettier, more healthy smile. They continued to assist me when I melted my retainer months after my braces were off. And they also assisted me when my lingual wire unbounded from a few teeth. Again I definitely recommend this ortho.

I was glad you were able to squeeze my son in today to get the poking wire in his cheek taken care of. However, I had to call grandparents to come and get him to the only open times that were in the middle of the day when as a parent I am at work. It would be awesome to hold slots first thing in the morning and last thing in your day for those things like popped brackets, poking wires and such. If I would not have retired family in town it would have been 5 more days until I could get him in.
