Got my wisdom teeth out. Waited an hour past my appointment time just to see the surgeon for a (timed) total of 4 minutes. No wi-fi in waiting room and data doesn't reach through, so only choice was annoying talk show on TV. As I was being put under for my surgery, the last thing I heard were the people in the room making fun of my X-Ray. Completely unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Waited over an hour and they said the consult was free and then charged me for it and quoted me 2400. Said insurance wouldn't cover anything. Went to other place and paid 700 because insurance would cover. Awful service and staff wasn't friendly.

My son was at school in Platteville and his jaw swelled due to an infection from his wisdom teeth extraction a few weeks prior. These folks got him an appt in short order, worked with his surgeon back in MKE and effectively treated the infection. Five stars. Very responsive and professional.
